    leaky faucet

    After trying to fix the problem myself with no luck, I called New Canadian drain and plumbing to take a look at my leaky faucet. They came within half an hour and fixed the problem. The plumber was courteous and did a great job. I am definitely going to recommend this company to my friends!!! Thank you New Canadians!!!!

    Reliable plumbing service

    We needed to have our leaky shower and bathroom faucet fixed so we started looking up plumbing companies. We particularly chose New Canadian Drain and Plumbing because they were the only company that could come out that same night on such short notice. When the plumber came, he was very polite and quickly got to work. He fixed our plumbing issues and answered all our concerns which was very reassuring and let us say that the price was unbelievably inexpensive considering it was after hours which the plumber informed us that there was no additional cost for night service. This is an amazing and diligent company and we are very glad to know that we have found a plumbing company that we can rely on for life.

    Backed-up basement drain

    I called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to take a look at backed-up drain in our basement. Rami charged me $200 simply to put a camera down the drain, and concluded after about five minutes that we needed to replace an external trap at a cost of $2,200. I didn't commit to the repair, but Rami put a big fluorescent stripe on our driveway to mark the location of the trap, permanently marring the pavement. When I asked him if he could simply use a snake or pump to unclog the trap, he completely dismissed the idea. The next day, a trusted plumber whom my in-laws have patronized for years (who we initially couldn't reach) cleared the blockage in the trap in about 10 minutes for a cost of $200. At least we got value for our money in that case, which unfortunately can't be said for New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. When Homestars checked with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing to verify this review, they denied I was ever a customer!

    Hi John, We are sorry that you feel that way; we would not have done a camera inspection had you not requested it. The charge to do a camera inspection or a snake is $180+hst. Our technician located the problem, marked the area and gave you an estimate to fix it, you were not obligated to go through with the job, however we could have provided you with a snake, which is a temporary fix that does not guarantee that the problem is gone in most cases, had you requested it. It is unfair that you gave us such a low rating after we provided you with the service that was requested by you.

    Basement Bathroom Investigation

    Needed help identifying and resolving some basement bathroom drain issues. New Canadian showed up on time as promised and provided expert advise as asked. We will definitely call again for future plumbing work.

    Replace Lead Pipe

    New Canadian Plumbing did a great job! - they came and gave a good fair estimate. Upon contracting them - they started the job on the date specified. They were quick & courteous and they kept the job site very clean. When they left - you would not even know they were there, everything was clened up so well. Excellent job!! Will definately use them again if and when needed.

    Plumbing Service

    We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to fix some of our plumbing. In the process, they also replaced two of our toilets and got rid of the old ones for us. The plumber who came out displayed competence and delivered exceptional workmanship. I am very satisfied with this company and will unquestionably utilize their services again.

    Installation of outside sewer pipes

    Emergencies Happen when you least expect it. New Canadian drain and plumbing was there within a half hour. Working within the hour. The team was excellent and professional. I could not have been more pleased and relieved.

    Drain

    Imam and his co-wkr. came today. I was quite pleased with them. They were around $60.00 cheaper than any other place I called. They came in under two hours, which no one else could do. They clearly explained the problem, which is a more costly job which I couldn't commit to right away. So, as promised, they snaked out the drain at the agreed upon price. They were friendly and did a great job.

    Clogged Kitchen sink

    my kitchen sink was clogged. i gave up after trying to clean it myself. i gave them a call and a person came on the same day. he finished his job quickly. Next time I need plumbing services, I will seriously consider this company.

    Replacement of clay pipes

    We had just moved in when I had New Canadian come in to give me a quote on our main stack - to inform our insurance company of its age. They were happy to write a letter for me and also drew my attention to the fact that our 100 year old house likely had clay pipes and that those clay pipes were likely messed up by the tree in our front yard. They told me that the city had a rebate for fixing that, but that the rebate was on the review table - i.e. could disappear. New Canadian fixed our pipes the next day and we got our rebate in the nick of time. I was so thankful that they were aware of current events and how they impacted their clients.
