    Unplugged Toilet

    My toilet in my master bedroom was plugged with something. I called new Canadian company there technician unplugged my toilet and cleaned up all the mess in the washroom. I am very happy with them, the technician was clean and fast!

    Drain replacment

    My laundry tub in the basement was full with waste from the sewer, I dealt with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing before. This time they came unplugged the drain and after they scoped the drain and found out my pipe was totally blocked with roots. That was no surprise to me because I got a huge tree in my lawn. I had a lost of stuff in my basement and the guys from New Canadian carefully moved everything up stairs and covered my stuff in plastic. They worked very hard every day until 8 pm. My drain's were fixed permanently. They even help me with a city rebate application form for the amount of 2,000.00 that I will receive within 2 months. They did a very good and tidy job. New Canadian Drain & Plumbing are very hard reliable working people.

    Drainage pipe replacement

    It was three days before our trip to Europe when we learned about a problem with the drainage pipe in the basement. We called New Canadian and a gentleman from New Canadian showed up at the door about one hour from my first call. He diagnosed the drainage system and we learned that part of the clay drainage pipe was clogged with tree roots. He gave us written estimate in details and suggested us sending his team next day to replace the drainage pipes. Two other gentlemen from New Canadian came next day and they worked on it all day. A supervisor dropped by few times to check the progress of the work and to see everything is OK. They made sure that they keep our basement clean and tidy after the work. My wife and I are happy to see the problem was fixed before our trip.

    Kitchen faucet replaced

    My Handle was broken on my kitchen faucet, and I called a company from yellow pages named new Canadian drain plumbing. When the plumber came he showed me a verity of faucets in his truck. I got new nice looking faucet and I am happy because he saved me the time and effort it would take to look for one. What a nice organized company.

    Kitchen sink fixed

    I had a problem with my kitchen for a few years it kept backing up. I had it snaked and cleaned numerous times but it never cleared. Just before Christmas I called Frank from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing , and he came and found out my pipe had no belly/no slope so he cut out the pipe and replaced it. I waited 2 months to see if the problem would reoccur and it has not. I can gladly say my kitchen sink works fine now, no problems and no more bad smells. Frank is a very experienced plumber thank you for your service.

    Basement Drain Back-up!

    I had a sewage back-up in my basement and immediately called New Canadian Plumbing, as I've dealt with them on several occassions. within hours Rami had scoped and found the blockage. The crew then dug up the small portion that was blocked only to discover that the previous work looked like the pipes in the old Windows95 screen saver! Loops everywhere which would only make more blocks in the future. Within 2 long days the work was completely done with professionalism, communication and at an affordable price. Most importantly is the piece of mind after seeing their work, knowing I won't have to deal with this problem ever again. Thanks again to Rami and his crew. You'll be the first guys I call in the future (hopefully with a much easier job). Ryan

    Frozen pipes

    In the morning I wanted to take shower, but there was no water in my house. I was running late to work so I did not deal with the problem right away. Plus I thought that when I come back everything would be fine. However, in the evening there was still no water. The plumber from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing came very shortly after I placed the call. He told me right away what was the problem. My pipes got frozen because of the cold weather. He used a special machine to fix it. I had my water back on very quickly, thanks.

    Water pressure

    I had a problem with low water pressure in my shower for quite a while it was getting worse and worse so I called New Canadian one of there technician came to my house and fixed it. Now I have good pressure. The technetium was very professional and the job was reasonably priced, I would say this company has good service and did a good job.

    Out Side Drain

    Drain in my basement was back up I called pluming company they found out something was collapsed outside so I sign a contract to have it fixed. The following day my wife came home after work and we decided to call New Canadian Drain Plumbing to get another opinion they gave a price $500.00 cheaper, they did a great job and that made our day.

    Weeping tile

    As I looked into my basement my feet got wet I thought my drain was broken. I got New Canadian Drain to come to my house and they figure out the problem was from out side. There was something wrong with my weeping tile so they open the ground beside my wall on out side and fixed it. Now I have a dry basement and everything looks very clean outside. I would definitely recommend them, very good service.
