    Drain problems!

    I had a back up from my floor drain in basement. I called one of my friends that is in construction and he reffered me to New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I called New Canadian and when the techician arrived. He diagnosed the problem and told me the solution. The next day the plumbers arrived and began to fix my drain problem. When the work was complete it was as if they were never here. My problem was fixed and there was no mess at all. These guys are very proffessional and clean. Good refferal,and great job. Thanks again

    Replace a Drain Pipe in the ceiling

    We may have walked into rainy day this morning but New Canadian Drain & Plumbing certainly brought in the sunshine quickly and efficiently. They found the source of the problem, a drain pipe in our ceiling needed a repair. The repair & clean up was done quickly enabling us to carry on with no interruption to our business. We are more than pleased with the level of workmanship and service they provided us and we would not hesitate in recommending them.

    Drain

    I had big mes in my house. Everything was flooded. New Canadian diagnosed the problem. They fixed the drain and cleaned everything like nothing happened before. I will definitely recommend them. Very clean and hardworking people. Thank you.

    Clogged sewer mains

    New Canadian came to my Dad's house for a basement flood due to roots breaking through the sewage outflow from his place. They were punctual, professional and completed the job in the time they had estimated it to take. They even revised the quoted initial cost of the job (after I had signed) when they discovered later in the job that there would be a more cost-efficient way to solve the problem. Andrew, the sales rep, was personable, clear and gave me confidence in the job being done well. We got several other quotes for the job which were double what we paid for this excellent work. Highly recommend this company for flooded basement emergencies based on our single experience with the company.

    Drain repair

    My main drain was clogged (tree roots and 60 years of debris). New Canadian fixed the problem quickly and professionally. From the project coordinator (Jocelyn) to the work crew (Andre and his crew) everyone was professional, on time, and did an oustanding job. The job was started in the morning and finished the same day - after the cleanup it looked like nothing had been disturbed - except now my drain was working - outstanding job all around. They then did a great job in helping me with paperwork for municipal rebate program. You can't go wrong with these guys.

    Andre, the rebate is great!!!! Filing the paperwork for the tree roots inspection is worth it. When the re-embursement comes in the mail its like the bill for the job wasn't even there.

    Sewer Drain replacement

    New Canadian Drain and Plumbing replaced sewer drain on our driveway that was broken by tree roots. We have got rebate approved from the City. Everything is working well in our house and our driveway is clean. Good job.

    New faucet installation

    I am doing renovation in my house and as a part of it I wanted to change the faucet in the kitchen. I looked through the Yellow Pages, saw wonderful ad of New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and called them. I knew what kind of faucet I would like to have installed but did not have it. New Canadian where quick and professional. They had different types of faucets in they truck, advised me on the best one, installed it fast and the price was very reasonable. Thank you guys! Excellent job!

    Faucet Installation

    We had problem with kitchen faucet. New Canadian's plumber came for service and showed me couple of faucets he hed in his truck and exchenged it. Tony did quick and good job.

    Leaky pipe

    I had leak in the kitchen. Plumber from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing came right away and fixed it. It cost me 180 dollars. He was very polite and profecional. He also cleanned after himself when the job was done.Exelent service.

    Window well

    I had water getting into my basement. I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing, when the technician arrived he found that the water was entering. They recommended the solution and I agreed. The crew arrived and started the work immediatly. The guys worked very hard and barely took any breaks. At the end we had waterproof the section of wall installed a window well with drain. Since then it has rained and I haven't seen a drop. Great work guys!
