    Blocked Drain

I had a problem with the drain in my house. I found some plumbing company to find out what is going on. They gave me estimate for 7,000.00 dollars. Needless to say I was really upset and decided to get second opinion. Technician from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing came to my house and for the cost of 180.00 dollars he snaked the drain and fixed the problem. Since service performed problem been gone. I am very happy. Great service and huge savings. Thank you.

    Answer from pro:

That is big difference in estimates. An honest days work is really measured by qaulity, not quantity! New Canadian Drain & Plumbing is happy that you are happy. Thank you for your review.

    New kitchen-install full drain system

On two separate occasions I used New Candaian Drain & Plumbing. Firstly the removal of a pedestal sink and replacing it with a vanity, also changing and adapting the drain system. The second occasion installed a new drain system for a new kitchen in the basement family room. The work was excellent. On both occasions the servicemen were polite and accomodating and professional. After the work was done they cleaned up and left the place tidy - I was impressed. I would definitely use them again. The job estimate was reasonably priced.

    broken drain in basement

These people came in, gave us an estimate, explained all the etails thoroughly. When they came to do the work, they tarped all areas leading to the area being repaired. they installed all new pipes and hand carried out in small bags excess dirt to their van. concreted the area with new drains. We were very impressed with the work. The bonus was no hidden fees, they stuck to the estimate.

    Waterproofing & weeping tiles

New Canadian Drain & Plumbing got the job done … Our home had a wet basement and had been worked on by at least three contactors of the years – each promising to “fix it right.” Decided to call New Canadian to get the drains video scoped, to see what was going on without anymore guessing. The weeping tile was not connected to anything, the end of the drain just opened up into a hole and the rest of the site was the same. New Canadian sent in a team; they removed everything, re-waterproofed the basement, new weeping tile and connected the drains. The morning they started the plumber was there bright and early to get clearances for digging and the crew started 30 minutes later. When they finished the worksite was clean and basement dry. Hard working, fast and effective; very professional. Great job and thanks to everyone on the crew.

    Answer from pro:

Facing the fact is alot easier then default by guessing. Sending a camera down the whole is the best way to play hide and go seek. Thank you for choosing New Canadian Drain & Plumbing.

    basement backup

I had a back up in my basement. I called a plumbing company to fix that problem. They told me that I have to change broken trap outside. Next day they tried to get down to the drain but there was so much water so they could't do it. I called another big plumbing company. They tried to excavate, but as well they couldn't do it. The same problem, there was a lot of water. My house located downhill where a lot of groud water is. They offered to me to get a vacuum truck and pump the water with the send out, which will make the digging hole much bigger and my interlocking driveway may collapse. The price also would be almost three times higher. I called New Canadian Drain And Plumbing. Secretary linked me with owner Igor. I told him my story and he assured me that they will be able to do it. They will going to build the shoring on four walls of the hole and will save my driveway. The work is done. The drain is working. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing are real professionals.

    Answer from pro:
