    low water pressure and plumbing

I am the owner of few properties. I deal with New Canadian Drain and Plumbing 3 times. First time in 2003 they did for me water main to fix low water pressure. On second occasion in 2004 they fixed the same problem at another property. And just recently they fixed plumbing problem in my basement. We had smell in the basement so guys from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing came and fixed that for us. They always come right away and they do what they suppose to do. New Canadian Drain And Plumbing is very reliable and responsible company. Great experience. Thanks to Igor.

Waterproofing inside & out, drains, plumbing

Our problems were multiple, and not simple -- we had been saving for years to be able to do this work. It involved outside waterproofing and foundation repair in an area notorious for its high water table (thanks to Garrison Creek); drains and plumbing remediation (improperly installed basement bathroom and laundry) and problems resulting from a previous basement lowering. Our contact was Stephen, and he properly diagnosed the problems, separated out and then costed the various elements of the work that needed to be done, explained everything clearly and succinctly, and gave us quotes that seemed reasonable, considering the size of the project. The work was done immediately and I have never seen anyone work harder than this crew of Ukrainians. It was unbelievable. The work was completed in record time and everyone seemed to know his job very well indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done. It was a pleasure to work with Stephen and he was unfailingly pleasant, polite, accessible, and -- perhaps most important of all -- did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it.

    Foundation Waterproofing

We were impressed with how soon they were available to start the work after we accepted their quote, and they owner graciously answered all of our many questions before they started. He even gave us a small discount for preparing the work area in advance since we were looking to save money because the foundation leak was an expensive surprise we had not budgeted for this year. There were a few things that didn't go smoothly. First, they didn't want to get a building permit from the Town of Halton Hills before starting. It seems that a permit is not required in the City of Toronto for this type of work, so they were not used to needing to apply for a permit. But, all of my calls to Town of HH indicated that it was needed. So, we arranged for and paid for the permit so we could protect ourselves in the event that there was a problem with their work. The second problem was that our newly installed eavestroughs were left damaged in two locations. Once the damage was brought to the owner's attention, one of the workers returned the same day to reimburse us for the cost of the repairs. The worker admitted to knowing about the damage during the work and decided not to say anything to us or the owner in hopes that we wouldn't notice. At least we were compensated, but we recommend you check the work area before you pay them. A big thank you to the owner for addressing our complaint about the eavestroughs as soon as he was made aware.

My job was completed in one day.

First off all, I want to say thanks to New Canadian Drain & Plumbing for such a fast and high professional service. I really like the work they did on my property. Before the long weekend and I was finishing my laundry and notice that something went wrong. I filed a strong smell in my basement and water start fluting. I was totally lost, so I start searching in internet and calling to all this famous and well known companies, but nobody showed up except New Canadian. Technician did estimate on my drain with special equipment, I was asking about all the things what needs to be done guy`s explain everything on very high professional level , give me an idea about the job price it was very reasonable quote so we sign up contract. Next morning crew come and start to do the work outside. They dig out the hole, pull off drain(full of tree roots), install a new part and fill up the hole. Friendly speaking I think that is so massy job that I was really spruced that they did it so clean that anything else left, except a small hole. NO dirt, NO garbage, really clean and well done job.

    Clogged toilet

My friend clogged my toilet, so I called them up and they were here within 30 minutes. It took less than 15 minutes for them to get it working properly again, it's working perfectly now. I couldn't ask for anything more.
