    Stop leakage: Unknown problem
    Everything about this job was positive. When I spoke with the office, they were very clear about how the estimate process would work and was costed. They gave me a one hour windows for technician's arrival and he arrived well within that window. Allan was great all the way through the repair, which wasn't a nice or easy one. He did everything he could to avoid damaging our hard ceiling. He was tidy and independent and was open to discussion. The cost seemed reasonable. It was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

    Cleared out our drains

    We live in a century-old house. Over three decades, our lovely tree grew its roots right through the clay drain pipes. Fourteen months ago, New Canadian Plumbing augured one drain and had to extend. They worked very hard and the "basement chaos" was over soon. We were happy with the work. BUT one part of the concrete drain still had trouble, which we discovered in the next rain. The company came over and corrected it within a day. No charge; they guarantee their work. Impressive.

    Kitchen drain issue

    We were having a kitchen drain leak and this company sent someone to our place within an hour of us calling on a Saturday. Volodymyr could have done the work the same day however we had plans and had to leave. We were able to arrange for him to come back Monday morning. He was done the work in less than 2 hours and we are very pleased with the results.

    Installation of toilet

    Required new toilet to be installed, Volodymyr was prompt and very efficient in the installation. Would definitely use again

    Fast. Efficient and competitive

    Needed a replacement done in the bathroom. Service was on time and the plumber came prepared with what was needed to complete the work in one visit. Even did a minor bit of extra work to make sure everything would be done right.

    Toilet Leakng around Base

    Our basement toilet was leaking around the base. We phoned New Canadian Drain and Plumbing directly. Volodymyr showed up on time about 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the wax ring and cleaned up within an hour. Throughout Volodymyr was courteous and diligent. We were very satisfied with New Canadian, and especially with Volodymyr.

    Fast

    I was getting 2-4 days from others, but my worker came the day of a few hours later, investigated, cut drywall in ceiling, and fixed leak in a few hard hours. Pricey but what plumbing job isn't? A lot of piece of mind quick. UPDATED Raised the score after worker returned very quickly to fix additional issue.
