    Wood floor refinished

    Excellent job - my old floors look like new Contractor was prompt, efficient (they cleaned up!) Customer service was very good Highly recommend

    New Flooring

    Zibby and Scott were a delight to work with from Day 1. Zibby inspected the current state of the flooring and provided us various options on what could be done. We decided to replace the old flooring and install a new subfloor (there were many creaks in the old flooring). The new subfloor really made a difference and the new flooring looks absolutely gorgeous. Zibby contacted me along the way to keep me posted on the progress and provide recommendations. The new baseboards looks fantastic and what really stood out was the attention to detail as well as ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the job. We couldn't be any happier and we would be happy to recommend to our family and friends. Thanks! Jon

    Refinish oak strip flooring

    A very efficient booking service, excellent communication process and the actual work carried out with impeccable skill. This is the best floor finishing skillset in town.I fully recommend this team.

    Exquisite New Staircase

    I hired New Ridge Refinishing to transform an old wooden staircase that leads from my kitchen to my finished basement and the ugly carpet that masked all its flaws. The experience was seamless and enjoyable from my first contact with Scott, the company owner, to the final day of work by two exceptional artisans, Lori and her husband, Radu. Scott's estimate was specific, clear, and attractively priced. Lori and Radu worked with care, attention to detail, and a very high standard of excellence. Renovations can be disruptive. This project was not. They promised to complete the work in seven days, and they were right on target. I'm thrilled with the result, and I highly recommend this first rate company to anyone who wants to beautify their home. The two photos show before and after.

    Engineered Hardwood Floor Repair

    We had a great experience with New Ridge Refinishing Group. Matt is very knowledgeable/experienced and was able to give a honest/accurate assessment of the damage that we had on our floors in our initial consultation. He exceeded our expectations with the repairs - Matt is very skilled - we were very pleased with the final result. Scott was very responsive and professional - it was a pleasure doing business with New Ridge Refinishing Group.

    Living room hardwood refinish

    Scott and Matt at New Ridge completed excellent work on our small living room floor refinish. They were on time, on. budget, cleaned up well afterwards and communicated very thoroughly through the whole process. The quality looks better than we expected and we are very happy to recommend them.

    A Great Renovation Experience

    We have had a great renovation experience with NewRidge Finishing Group. Scott contacted us promptly after our inquiry and a quote was provided within a couple of days. Matt did a wonderful job in refinishing the old hardwood floors in a 70 year old house that had a few water damage issues with the flooring. He explained the process in great detail prior to beginning the work and did not rush through this job. He was prompt, courteous and responded immediately to our questions. This was truly a professional job from beginning to end. Refreshing after dealing with other contractors who continue to ignore requests to follow up on their services which were not done satisfactorily and remain unfinished.

    Staircase and flooring refinishing

    I so highly recommend New Ridge. We hired them to rip out broadloom carpeting, refinish our staircase and install hardwood flooring in our hallway. From the first contact, all communication with Scott, Brian and the team was quick, responsive and friendly. Brian led the project at our home and he was a pleasure to work with; he was very accommodating and kept us updated on every step of the project. Everyone that came through the house to work on the project was courteous and friendly and each one took extra time at the end of the day to make sure our house was left clean. The project was finished on time and on budget and we are so pleased with the results. All in all, an excellent experience.

    Stairs and floor refinishing, new railing

    We have had the pleasure of having these services performed by NewRidge. The people performing all aspects of the job were courteous, professional and attentive. They were extremely patient in answering all concerns and questions, concentrated on details to the smallest and were eager to have another happy customer. It's never easy going through such a renovation where it gets messy and inconvenient but this group of wonderful people made the whole experience a lot easier. Well done.
