Install paving stone and concrete pad
Lifetime customer! Had my asphalt driveway and curbs installed by Northland over twenty years ago. When it was time to do the patio in the backyard, I took one look at the fantastic shape that my driveway was still in; it was a no brainer who to call. Northland excellent workmanship, quality and top notch customer service. Thank you

A job well done
Thanks to all of the staff and crews for a job well done paving our driveway. From the initial meeting with Georgio when he explained the process and helped us solve a couple of property line problems, to Sheila's phone calls and emails setting up the dates for the work, to the crews who did an excellent job preparing and paving our long driveway. We are very pleased with how everything moved along efficiently and the end result is perfect. I miss my red gravel but I know this was a wise decision. Thank you to everyone involved........money well spent!

Wow no company comes close to this crew. From excavation to finished driveway they were friendly, professional and extra effort to detail did not go unnoticed. We would highly recommend Northland Paving to any one that needs driveway work

Interlock for back patio and parking area
was so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Northland Paving. The team completed the interlock for the back patio and parking spot. It looks amazing. Giorgio is a knowledgeable professional and during the initial consult they are able to provide you a “live” quote (good use of technology). Mike and his crew did a wonderful job and were timely. Clean up was done well. Their prices are or on the higher end, but it’s worth it. They are focused on customer service. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Highly recommend.

Great guys who got the job done quick and well
I lived in a townhome where I share my driveway with my neighbor. We wanted to not only replace the pavement driveway but also to widen the driveway with interlock. These guys came in and told us what exactly needs to be done and are very knowledgeable about the process. I was going through 3-4 contractors and ended up going with this company even though they were not the cheapest. Update after a year: So far the driveway held up. No major concerns at the moment The entire job took about 3 hours and these guys obviously knew what they were doing and did the job fairly quickly. We get compliments from neighbors how nice our drive way is because of their effort. It's been only 6 months since we had this done and it held up so far. My only drawback was they unfortunately cut the Internet cable for both our neighbors so they were out of Internet for a day. Luckily Rogers were able to come the next day to fix this issue. My advice to people who want to repave driveway and add interlock, know where the internet cable is so that they can come right after the job is complete. I would recommend them

Interlocking Driveway
Not very happy with the quoting process (could have been more client-oriented); but the end result is very pleased. Big thanks to Sheila and the experienced excavation/installation team. Many of my neighbours came to take a look my new driveway. The neighbour who laughed at me when excavation was done have their contractor to look at my driveway as an example. Now, my new driveway is an exhibit thanks to Northland Paving :D

Drive way left with creases and track marks
They sent the roller to the next job before looking at the crease marks and track marks left on my new driveway. No other driveway in my neighborhood has this. The owner came by and told me this is normal and no offer to fix this, aesthetically it doesn't look like a properly completed job. Would not recommend this company.

He explained to you that while the seam mark was visible your driveway is still 100% structurally sound. He showed you the main municipal road and pointed out the seams on it and you were satisfied when he left. We were surprised by your review and have tried to reach you both by phone and e-mail. Please call us back and we will send the owner to re-inspect the driveway.

Interlock, natural stone, widening of driveway and repaving
We were extremely pleased with the work that Northland did for us which involved a natural stone overlay on a concrete porch, new interlock borders and sitting areas, re-paving and widening of our driveway, concrete parging of our foundation, and fixing existing interlock that had settled around pool and patio areas. Each crew that came out was polite, had expertise, good communications skills and was courteous and pleasant. They all took pride in their work and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Squares are squares and grades are falling away from the house. We have a large property and a lot of work needed to be done. Northland was priced more towards the higher side of all the quotes that we obtained but not by a hugely significant amount. The quality of their work and their experience of their crews paid off. We have been badly scarred from previous contractors who do not stand up to their work, or they lack the experience that they claim they have. There is NO amount of savings that is worth the stress and aggravation of dealing with an incompetent contractor. It is even worse when a higher quoted contractor is incompetent. With Northland you are paying for quality service and workmanship, the real deal. We are almost never satisfied with the work done by contractors on our property, but Northland has been the exception. Giorgio was patient and took the time to understand our needs. Even when we had to delay the job due to some design complications, we never felt stressed and rushed to get tasks completed until we were ready, unlike previous contractors who rushed as much as possible so they could get on with the next job. This is the beauty of working with a large contractor who can adequately schedule all the jobs properly and have the right people. Sheila was a great help in keeping us informed of when crews would be on-site and also pleasant to communicate with. To all the Daves, Cammy and Paul and their respective crews, thank you very much for a job well done! We would highly recommend Northland to do any hardscaping job. We would use them again for future work. Keep the good ones – discard the bad. They are keepers.

Driveway paving
I had my driveway paved May 2016 and I chose their standard package. This was a mistake it has a 1 year warranty and it has now started to crack on the sides. I called the company and was told someone would contact me to make an appointment with the owner. I have not heard back from the company. I am disappointed with the product and the customer service.

New Driveway and interlock walkways
We hired Northland last year to install a new driveway, shoulder stones and walkways at the front side and back of our home. We waited a year before the review to see how the work held up, and it has. We had a small issue with a lifting stone and the owner came very quickly to assess the problem and have it fixed. Excellent customer service. The crew were very professional and Sheila in the office is wonderful to work with.
