    Toronto Interlock and Driveway Paving

    In late summer 2015, my wife and I hired Northland for our front pathway interlock and driveway paving. We are very pleased with the results. Their representative suggested an antique tumbled brick complemented by colour-contrasting textured inlay or “quilting." Looks great. Two areas of special interest are a horizontal “Gothic arch” feature (where the pathway meets an "English" garden) and a stone flower box. The masons and paving group worked in tandem to ensure that the decorative interlock and inlay along the driveway meshed with the asphalt. Kudos as well to Giorgio Simonetta, for his design advice, and to Northland’s attentive office staff.

    Driveway

    Excellent job. Clean and professional. Took care of a double layer of old asphalt. They were timely and i have recommended them to a few people already. I believe it to be a Reasonable price

    Driveway

    Adam and his team did a great job on our driveway.The whole project took a month to complete. They were very detailed and made sure to ask me lost of questions to make sure I was happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them!

    driveway interlocking and paving

    We had several quotes for the interlocking and paving of our driveway. Northlands quote was competitive with the others. We chose them because of a neighbour's recommendation and the positive reviews on HomeStars. Georgio came to our house to draw up the design and give us the final quote. He listened patiently to our many questions and suggestions. Sheila, in the office, was friendly and very well organized. We appreciated her emails and phone calls to keep us informed of the progress of our driveway. Dave and Joey were the interlocking team that came to our house. We were amazed at the pride of workmanship that they exhibited. They were certainly masters of their craft. The paving crew came on time to complete the job and it all looks exactly as we had envisioned it. We will certainly recommend Northland Paving to friends and neighbours. Thank you for a job very well done!

    Residential Exterior Paving

    From my first call to this company I was treated with excellent customer service, and the utmost respect. Sheila & Lita in the office are a delight to work with & provide prompt replies & feedback on any concern or question. A quick estimate was provided & all work was completed within 3 days. Northland Paving kept me informed every step of the way & provided competitive pricing. The paving work completed by Adam was bar none, his craftsmanship has added such curb appeal which has increased the value of our home. Neighbours are already knocking on our door asking for their number. We could not be more happy with Northland Paving.

    Construction of a stone front porch and garden wall

    I recently had a stone wall and garden wall constructed by Northland Paving. This is the second project Northland has completed for me, having previously installed interlock and a retaining wall last Fall. Once again, I am completely satisfied with the results! I couldn't have chosen a more professional company. The design, which Northland provided, and the installation were in complete accordance with my expectations, and were performed with the greatest degree of expertise. Furthermore, each stage of the project was scheduled expediently by the coordinator (Sheila), and conformed to my timing requirements. I would endorse Northland Paving without hesitation.

    Paved driveway, both sides of a semi

    I was very happy with the workmanship of my driveway, the owner came to the house to prepare our estimate, was thorough. Our driveway(s) look so good, I would recommend Northland to my friends. The company gave us a date to tear up the driveway, a date to complete work, both were completed in the timeframe. Thank you

    repaving asphalt driveway

    We recently had our driveway repaved by Northland Paving and we are very happy not only with the work done but with how everything was handled. First of all, it was great to be able to call the office and have immediate contact every time with a real person at the other end, (Sheila and Lida) who are extremely well organized as well as pleasant to talk to. When Giorgio came to estimate the job, he clearly explained what needed to be done and why and was very patient with our many questions. As the work began, Cam and Sean capably and respectfully handled our further questions and concerns. The work crew was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up the area and left us with nothing but a nicely improved and much better looking property!

    Two adjacent asphalt driveways with french curbs plus a stone walkway

    We would like to express our sincere thanks for our wonderful new driveways and walkways and have attached a few pictures to show the finished product from the street – talk about curb appeal! It was quite an adventure and, as often happens on projects, there were a few stumbles but they were always addressed and resolved promptly and in an amicable and professional manner. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the Northland people (some only electronically) and would like to particularly mention and thank the following – in order of appearance (like in the movies): Giorgio, Sheila, Cami, Marco and their team, Mike, Rob and Josh, Adam and Randy and Bruce. At the risk of embarrassing her, we’d like to single out our choice for the MVP on the Northland team…..Sheila, she made it all possible and was always there for help, reassurance, hand-holding and encouragement at all hours – we loved her work ethic and humor.

    Pave Driveway + Curbs

    Hi--I'm Dan--1st let me say I'm not a relative/friend of any Northland employee--just a client--my driveway paved today July 14--extremely pleased with the result--do your homework--get a quote or 3--but in the end Northland becomes the obvious choice--check thier BBB rating 5+--my experience with Northland very professional from every perspective--Georgio provided a very competitive quote + thoroughly explained the entire process--at this point your contract is handled by Sheila at HQ--she makes contact + schedules the work to be done--she is very knowledgeble & try's to accommodate all client needs--you never have to leave a message--no telephone tag--a human voice always--the on-site crew amazing--from excavation through paving day--a well co-ordinated team--friendly & highly skilled--I have to mention the curb guys--Dave + Joey--again thier skills speak for themselves--ensuring elevation + base + laying of curbs all perfect--I have no hesitation in recommending Northland paving & would do business with them again in a heartbeat--you simply can't go wrong--thanks to Sheila/Georgio + the work crews--job very well done-------Dan
