No very reliable. An hour late with no call to let us know. Broke a bowl for water runoff from water heater. Left old screws on the floor, broke dryer vent outside and said nothing. I know it was fine as 2 days earlier I was scrapping paint off the foundation. I've done this type of work before and this was unproffesional.

John was a very friendly gentleman. He was respectful of my home and my cat. I was impressed that he used furniture corners to proctect my belongings. I could hear the debris being sucked out. John showed up on time and completed the job in the quoted 2 hours. Great job would definitely recommend ontario duct cleaning. Darlene

I am having my furnace and air conditioner replaced and was informed by the contractor it was a good idea to have the ducts cleaned before installation. Called Oakville office and was helped with a quick booking due to my circumstances with the installation just a week away. Alonso called before his arrival and was actually earlier then anticipated. Explained everything he was doing and cleaned up and left everything just the way it was when he arrived. I have had my ducts cleaned by those fly by night companies and I can say they do not come close to the job that Ontario Duct Cleaning did, you could tell the difference as soon as Alonso left. I would highly recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning to all my family and friends, they clean your ducts the way there suppose to be cleaned. Stay away from those telemarketers and $100 do everything companies.

I have dealt with this company twice. They came on time. Did good job. Left area clean. Even did dryer vent Would use them again. I would definetly recommend them to anyone having their ducts cleaned.

Last month, we made a horrible discovery - our crawl space was completely covered in mould. We arranged for its removal, but afterwards it was also necessary to have our ducts cleaned to remove any remnants hiding there. A nice man from Ontario Duct Cleaning arrived and very efficiently got to work cleaning out our ducts. We appreciated his consideration, his answers to all of our questions, how very personable he was, and the professional way he did his work. We recommend him and Ontario Duct Cleaning most highly!

Referred to this company by my furnace contractors. Called in to the office and was immediately taken care of by Eva, who explained the what when and the cost of my upcoming service. Let me know that Chris would call when he was in the area and ready to stop by and start the job. And that is just what took place. Chris arrived right on time, started up immediately, and went about his business in an efficient and organized manner. Even went to the effort to keep my sister-in-law-- who works from home-to keep her business phone call on time by taking care of her room first. She was very appreciative of that. After the job was complete, you would have never known he had been there, and been all over the house. Thanks Chris and Eva for making this experience quick and painless. We have lived in our house for 14 years and had never had the ducts cleaned so I knew it was past time to get it done. I called ODC and rec'd a quote on the phone and booked an appointment. I was able to get it done within the week of me contacting them. I received a telephone reminder the day before the appointment and the tech arrived within the two hour window. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. The whole process was extremely smooth and I'm so glad we got it done. I can really notice the difference. I will definitely be using ODC the next time I need to get my ducts cleaned and I will recommend them to family and friends.
