Twice now, I've called on Pete from Pambis to help with our aging appliances. His response to my initial email was fast (even on the weekend), he was honest and upfront with his estimates and quick and thorough with the repairs. Couldn't ask for more, really.

Dryer was heating up, but not drying clothes fully. Had to run 2-3 times per load. I call Peter >4 years ago, so thought I'd try again. He showed up when he said he would. Fixed the dryer. Very satisfied. Would recommend him to anyone.

Got up this morning to notice my burners were not working-all four. Tried my oven, that worked. Thought that was pretty strange. Looked online for a repair company, and found Pambis Appliance. Called and left a message -my call was returned within about 30 minutes by a gentleman named Peter. I spoke with him about my problem, he then asked where I lived, and came same-day, as I explained I was having company for dinner. He showed up at my house as planned, introduced himself as Peter Pambis. Upon meeting him right off the bat I could see he was very personable and professional. He checked out my stove and found the root of the problem, a very strange mechanism defect with my self-clean function that caused this to happen. He figured it out, fixed it efficiently and neatly. He told me to give him a call at anytime if I had any further problems-which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend him to friends/family, and will definitely use him in the future for problems with any of my 6 appliances!

Peter came and fixed our dryer - he was fast, friendly and fixed it a lot faster than we expected and he promised. He was great to deal with and was very forthright about our options. I will definitely use Pambris again and will be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues.

I had never used Pambis Appliances before but was very glad that I managed to connect with the Company. Peter came out to look at my fridge and he was courteous, knowledgeable and very punctual. I would have no hesitation in contacting them again should the need arise.

I was out of town when I needed this service. Pete was very quick to respond, efficient, polite, and all around very helpful, and provided excellent service. I have used Pete more than once and will use him again, and recommend him.

We noticed a fairly significant leak coming underneath our dishwasher. I found Pambis Appliance Service was highly recommended on the Homestars website and contacted them. I was beyond impressed. They called me back almost immediately. I knew when they were asking about the make, model # and other details about the dishwasher that they were already more professional than other repairmen I have dealt with in the past. When Peter came for the repair appointment he was right on time, he protected our floor with a big drop cloth, and didn't mind our two dogs watching him curiously while he did the repair. He had all the tools and parts necessary for the repair. He quickly replaced the valve underneath the dishwasher and made sure that everything was running smoothly before replacing the kickplate. The entire experience was professional and efficient from first contact through the repair. It gave me a lot of peace of mind, and Pambis appliance will now be our go-to company for any future appliance repairs. Thank you so much!!

Our oven stopped working just before our house went up for sale. He came in and fixed it fairly quickly. He explained what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future, to avoid another service call. He was very personable & knowledgable, and his rate was reasonable. He came exactly when he said he would too (helpful to not have to stay home all day). I'd definitely call him again and strongly recommend Pambis Applicance Services!

We had Pambis come by fix a dishwasher that was not draining properly. He thought it might be a bigger job but it was a simple fix of the drain hose and the unit was not removed from the counter. It was a nice experience. He laid out a blanket to protect the floor and was respectful of our home. Part 2 I called a few weeks later because it was acting up again. I said it might be best we just get a new one. The owner came buy and cleaned out a food clog, told us we did not need a new one and did not charge us!! Amazing and thanks so much
