We had Patterned Concrete back to refinish our concrete from the original work in 2014. The original install was spectacular and I was looking to have them back to refinish as it had faded over the years. Not only were they very responsive, they were on time for the service call and very professional for the updated work. I can't say enough good things about the experience! They made it look as good as new. The whole team is amazing and they have a customer for life. Thanks so much. We love the look!

It is my pleasure to write this review. The quality of work done was top notch. The workers were conscientious about following the product specifications. The most impressive element was the preparation. It was amazing of the amount of wooden framework that had to be constructed. Tons of wood. This had to be done before installing the glycol heating system, then pouring of the raw concrete and colouring. The workmen were always courteous, respectful and professional. Their pride in their work was evident. It was obvious that Joe’s and Connie’s knowledge and experience in all aspects of the project. They were closely involved from start to finish. Familiarity with building codes and dealing with City Hall facilitated a smooth and hassle free process. There was a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project. In closing, I am very pleased with the final product, and after 1 winter there are no cracks in the concrete. This past winter there was no need for any snow clearing activities. It all melted away . What a relief !!!

We had Patterned Concrete install a heated driveway and stairs this summer. There is heavy snow fall this week, and seeing the snowmelt system in action has been wonderful. The design and aesthetic of the patterned concrete is above our expectations. We have had many compliments from our neighbours. We hope to continue to have a good relationship with the team for ongoing maintenance and care.

I would highly recommend Patterned Concrete as they know how to pour concrete properly and paid close attention to a lot of small details that make a difference. They value client service from facilitator Connie, designer Soni, operational manager Mathan, and knowledgeable construction staff including Louis, Hugo, Manual, Andrew, Brian and everyone else on the construction crews. They were very busy and backed up so started later than initially thought but dedicated their crews when they were needed for my job. Only a couple of minor issues: didn't put expansion joint form around fence posts and very slight difference in depth of stamped pattern because they poured a lot of concrete, only had a short time to stamp and had different weights of folks doing the stamping:).

We had our patterned concrete resealed and I have to say my wife and I were very impressed by the level of professionalism and the quality of the workmanship by Patterned Concrete staff. Brian was amazing, as if he was working on his driveway. Thank you also Connie for guiding me through the paperwork process and setting up the repair service. Well done Patterned Concrete.

We called Patterned Concrete to have them come out to repair some salt damage to our 5 year old patterned walkway and driveway. The team came to our home and pressure washed the entire surface area. They then found areas that were damaged by the salt. They found more spots than I had originally found. All of the spots were repaired ( in matching colour, I might add) and later the same day , the team came back and completed the application of the protective coating. We are so relieved to see the area looking as new as it was five years ago. Great service and remarkable results.

After getting 9 quotes, we decided to go with Patterned Concrete and it was the best decision. The project took longer than expected because doing the job well is their top priority. From start to finish, Connie was there every step of the way. Her team took pride in their work and made sure that the work was done well. She and Joe were a huge help with design and colour. Brian's attention to detail was exemplary and Mathan was great at scheduling work as quickly as possible (weather permitting). They really took the time to make sure what we picked would be in line with our vision and complement our home. We would definitely recommend this company.

Patterned Concrete just finished my driveway today. Connie ,Mathan and their staff are all very professional. My driveway look great now. I would recommend anyone who would want to do a concrete driveway. The only beef i have is that the process take too long and i was without my driveway for over 6 weeks. Once again special thanks to Connie and Mathan.

Our Driveway was originally installed in 2005 and over the last number of years had started to show its age. Connie recommended a number of service restoration options that met our budget and we proceeded with the work. Brian executed the concrete restoration and subsequent sealing masterfully! We were very pleased with the outcome and we can now enjoy a "brand new" driveway and surrounding areas. Thanks again to Connie and Brian on excellent service and work delivery!
