When we were working on site, the instant we heard about what our crew member did we took immediate disciplinary measures. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The crew member acknowledged his wrongdoing and apologized to you in person. Additionally we issued you a gift card to apologize. I am busy looking in to what occurred with your gutters, and will call you personally with feedback. Interestingly enough our financing clearly states the initial term being fixed for 12 months. We financed your project at 3.9% for this period of time which is still less than 2% above the current prim rate of 2.75%. After 12 months the rate is subject to change, but the loan can be paid off, or moved to another institution that may have more attractive rates at absolutely no cost. I reviewed your specific contract and you signed directly above the area that this is stated. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will be happy to discuss further. All of our crews work extremely hard, and Stuart is definitely not an exception to this. We do still take the time to inspect all of our projects to ensure quality standards are met.
