    New Cedar Twin Asphalt Roof in Burnaby

    We got several estimates in the Burnaby area for our leaking roof. When John came out to do our estimate, I think he was the third person. He explained the process of replacing our roof offering different roofing materials and options. He wasn't trying to upsell us or smooth talk. He explained everything very well. The written estimate was professional and offered a great break down of charges. We selected Penfolds based on professionalism and a sense of honesty, over others who might have left a rough estimate on a business card and didn't bother to explain things. When Penfolds did the work, they were very professional and everyone was friendly. They did a fantastic job on our roof and were super friendly, even after the job was completed. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!!

    Cedar Twin Fiberglass Shingle Roof

    From quote, service, install and cleanup, Penfolds has been excellent to deal with. Thanks John, Matt and the install crew who work on Saturday late into the evening to complete my install quickly. Service responded to fixing my roof leak quickly, and the install crew was very efficient, polite and careful with the work. Penfolds people are well,organized.

    New Cedar Twin Shingle Roof

    We are very happy we went with Penfolds to replace our roof. John Shaw was knowledgeable and accommodating. Although the quote was A bit higher than the other two competitors, because of their warrantee and reputation we decided to go with them. They were in and out within five days and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend Penfold's.

    New Asphalt Roof

    We chose Penfolds because we were having the roof ripped down to the slats and wanted an experienced company to be sure a disaster didn't occur while the house was exposed to the elements. The work was done in October of 2013 and while the weather was surprisingly calm , I have no doubt they could have handled worse weather too. Three people worked for three days from dawn to dusk ( literally) and afterward cleaned up perfectly. Fast; professional; efficient...

    Eco Roof

    The Penfolds crew was very courteous and efficient, from discussions with John Shaw, to the old roof removal and the reasonable price of additions once underway. They kept the site manageable for access to other work simultaneously, were helpful in explaining details and completed the job as planned. We look forward to recommending Penfolds to our friends, and in particular the recycled rubber. Regards, Chris

    New Ziplok Standing Seam Metal Roof

    My Family have used Penfolds before, we really liked their work and how they kept the project on budget and finished in time. So for our current house we didn't hesitate to call Penfolds again and they came through for us again. John was courteous and explained the break down and the steps of our metal roof installation. The crew was always courteous and cleaned up each day before they left. Our new metal roof looks great and we will have no more worries of a roof leak for quite some time!

    Re-Roof

    We are very happy with our new roof which was done in a timely, professional manner this fall. All of the employees were courteous, hard working and kept our yard and area as clean as could be expected during their work. I appreciated that Shaun kept us up to date as to timelines etc during the process and the way in which the bidding process and information sharing went. Our decision was dragged out over several months and we never felt any pressure to hurry our decision only helpful information. We would recommend Penfolds to anyone that may need roofing services.

    Roofing

    After talking with two other roofing companies, my wife and I decided to contact John at Penfolds Roofing to redo our flat roof with their PenMax seamless flat roofing. We wanted a seamless roof and Penfolds did a very good work. I would recommend Penfolds Roofing to anyone to redo their roof.

    New Penfolds Roof

    My wife Katharine and I want to sincerely thank Adam and the Penfolds team for making what looked like a scary experience of replacing our roof so late in the year to a very satisfying one. It's likely the most money one will spend on a house on an area that no one ever really notices but it's funny that now that I've gone through it I now notice roofs every day and especially ours and I can truthfully say I had never bothered in the past. The Penfolds experience was above and beyond, right from meeting Adam. He is to be commended for his professional and courteous way of carrying himself. I have been in sales for over 25 years and I'm not an easy sell but he was prompt, prepared and a stand out amongst the other companies that we had quote the job. As for the work itself we couldn't be happier and sleep well at night most especially though these past few weeks with so much rain. Thank you to the crew ( including the gutter and down pipe company) for working so hard throughout the job navigating the dry days to get it done while maintaining a level of quality control that we would not regret leaving the replacement so long past the hot summer days and have the job hurried through. I truly wish I had committed two years ago when Adam first came by. Penfolds was not the cheapest quote we obtained but the way Adam presented Penfolds as a company and with his knowledge of the job from A to Z, we felt comfortable parting with our hard earned savings with no looking back. I would highly recommend Adam and the Penfolds team to anyone that is looking to replace their roof. Job well done!! Roc and Katharine Bubel

    roofing

    To be honest, thought Penfolds might have been on the high side of the three quotes I received. As it turned out they were the middle quote, but were by far the most puntual, and proffesional of all. Johnathan was very pleasant, proffesional, and easy to work with. The project went off without any issues, and in a very timely matter. Would recommend Penfolds with no reservations to my friends and family.
