    70 yr roof with gutters

    My estimate was submitted within weeks of my calling the company and the final cost was exactly that of the estimate. My roof was completed quickly once the roofers were in. The roofing company was friendly and professional. Clean-up was immaculate. I have the most beautiful roof on the street!

    Roof Replacement

    Penfolds are a very fiendly and profestional company that replaced my roof with as little disruption to us as possible. From chosing the right roof from colour to preduct we could not be more pleased!

    Reroofing

    Penfolds’ delivers a first-rate competitively priced service for quality materials, professional workmanship and a secure warranty. In August 2011 Penfolds replaced our 4200+ square cedar roof with Cedar Twin Ultra Rubberized. Two light tunnels were installed and one skylight replaced. From initial visit to completion, customer service, quality finishing and safety are company hallmarks. Jonathan, Abbotsford Corridor Manager, expertly manages project coordination. Dave, Site Supervisor, capably supervises crews, deadlines and project details. Skilful crews work hard to keep the site orderly and complete the project. Our neighbours are impressed and we are very satisfied with the results.

    Patched Roof

    The company patched my leaking roof. The service seemed decent, unsure if I would use them again. The job was completed quickly and we have not had any problems yet, but the staff was not friendly.

    Roofing

    I waited 3 months from the time of our “low slope, mop-on seamless” roof replacement to do this review after many heavy rainfalls and winds since the reroofing was completed in the Spring. I also inspected our roof today and it looks great. Here are several comments about the Penfolds workmanship: quick and thorough replies to requests and questions; clear and patient explanations about options for products and services; unpressured suggestions about alternative methods and scheduling; thorough review of contract terms (the most professional response among 3 bids obtained); immediate attention to deal with a leak prior to the start of re-roofing; clear outlining of steps at the outset and throughout the whole procedure; friendly attitudes of all workers during the entire length of the project; regard for protecting property and good daily cleanup; diligent workers, no slacking, no excess noise; neighbours observed and remarked twice about the apparently good job underway and then completed; obvious pride in doing a good job, which was completed in a timely manner and at estimated cost; no surprises except it being a stark contrast to the poor customer service provided by another roofing company in the mid-1990’s. Once underway with us, we recommended Penfolds for re-roofing our children’s house nearby and Penfolds was retained by them also. Thank you to Shaun; Dave; Frank & Roofing Crew; Danny the flashing crew; and Dave and team for the downpipes part… to all of you for your excellent customer service. In 45 years of owning our house, we judge Penfolds to be tops in customer service compared with other contractors we’ve retained for various jobs. Farrell Hannah, Coquitlam.

    replaced roof at my home

    I was satisfied with the workmanship, but later I found out the price was a little more expensive than a friend of mine that had their roof done. The size of home was approximately the same size, but 2,500 cheaper, I hope you pay for what you get. At least I know if it leaks they will fix it at no extra cost. I would recommend them if you want a reliable job done.

    Roof replacement

    A raccoon clawed two skylight sized holes in our twenty-one year old cedar roof. We called two roofing companies which did not return our calls. My husband drove by a Penfold's truck as they were doing work in our neighbourhood and talked with the guy. He finished his job and then came over for a look at the holes. He repaired them immediately. The service from Penfolds from the initial repair of the two holes, the comprehensive meetings with Johathan and finally the replacement of our old roof was on time and excellent. The roof looks good and we are pleased that we found this company.

    Replacement of cedar roof and skylights

    We needed to replace our cedar shake roof and called a few roofing companies for quotes. Adam of Penfolds Roofing made an appointment to sit down with us and brought samples of the shingle and product information for us to look over. Adam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable which made it easy for us to make the decision to go with Penfolds. The cost for the quality of roof we received was another deciding factor when compared to what the competition had to offer. Most of the work was performed while we were away from the home. However on one particular day when we arrived home early we saw the crew hard at work. The amount of debris from the tear off which is placed on tarps around the home to protect the property etc was to be believed, yet by the time the crew left for the day you would never had known that the debris was ever there to begin with. Absolutely outstanding and professional crew. Any issues or concerns we had during the project were immediately addressed by Adam and Penfolds Roofing to our complete satisfaction. The swift action taken regarding customer satisfaction as well as the quality of work and materials, is why we will choose to go with Penflolds again in the future. Penfolds proved that they are a roofing company you can trust. Thank you once again to Adam and everyone involved in giving us a new roof over our heads; your professionalism and courtesy is very much appreciated.

    New Roof

    All the people who worked on our roof installation were courteous and totally professional - they were considerate to everyone living in our neighbourhood - no loud music was played like we have heard from other roofers that have done work in this area. Tarps were even placed over our bushes next to the house to avoid any damage done to them. They were at the house early and worked right through the day and into the early evening. Everything was cleaned up every day and when the roof was completed all gutters were cleaned out as well. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Even our neighbours commented on how professional everything was handled. We would like to thank everybody at Penfolds who were involved in our roofing project for the superior service they provided for us.

    Re-roofing

    I like to thank Michael, Ron and crew of Gorge and Manny. There are so many roofing contractors out there, the experience of choosing the right one can be a daunting experience. Michael was the point-man of Penfolds. His sales pitch was not pushy. In fact,he listens intently to your needs and is always reassuring you that yours problems will be solved.The crew `s work ethics are exemplary. They are neat , quiet ,polite, obliging and produce fine workmanship. Ron , the field supervisor , will always pick up your call if you have additional concerns during and after the job is done.Many thanks once again!
