    Roof Warranty and Customer Care

    We really value and appreciate Penfold’s customer care service and the excellent personalized attention to our recent roof problem from Tumi and Jason. We had a new roof installed in 2019 and Penfold’s is always there for us !

    Excellent job

    Penfolds proposed an approach using a new product which would save our small strata a lot of money. They were polite and pleasant to deal with. Their communication was very good. They kept us informed and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They were timely well-organized and tidy.

    Roof Replacement (ECO Rubber)

    We recently had our roof replaced by Penfolds Roofing and are very happy with the results. The service and feedback we received from Adam & Thomas(Corridor Managers) to the crew that came on site, more than exceeded our expectations. They gave us a very well detailed break-down of the project costs, kept us posted on the scheduling and progress of the work and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had regarding the project. The on-site crew were very friendly and worked diligently. They made sure the property was clean and tidy before they left each day. The quality of their products and workmanship speaks for itself. We absolutely love our new roof and would recommend their services to anyone.

    Happy with our new roof

    Our house backs onto a forest, so through the year there is a lot of leaf litter falling on the roof, and a lot of moss had grown on our roof as well. Our roof was starting to show signs of wear and tear, and we sought estimates from several companies before settling on Penfolds. From the initial estimate through to the finished job, we were pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness provided by Penfolds. Our new roof looks great and we are so happy knowing that we are ready for another wet fall and winter.

    Reroofing

    Penfolds did a great job on our 1906 home. They listened to our concerns and helped make it look beautiful again. My thanks to Patrick,Jimmie, and Dave our roofing team, Justin and Ali our carpenters, love it that you love old homes Justin! A hugh thank you to Brian!     professional roofing service

    We are pretty much satisfied with Penfolds' professional team work, from the beginning of advisor consult till work finish, they demonstrated most efficient, detailing, high quality job. We always receive efficient feedback from Jason, the technical advisor, the communication is the main reason we chose Penfolds for our reroofing project, with patient explanations and knowable information and experience, we felt comfortable and trusted Penfolds would make our house have a new look.     Roof replacement

    Roofing

    Penfolds installed a new roof for me. When the roof was completed there were a few issues that concerned me. Lucky for me I was sent the most amazing team that made me feel so much better. I completely believed and trusted them because they cared about me and my roof. Andrew, Ali, and Justin provided a quality job. It was very comforting to receive the kind of customer support they provided plus they explained everything they did. A huge thank you to Andrew, Ali, Justin and Olivia.

    leak near chimney

    We had Penfolds install their EcoRoof Rubber Shingles 8 or 9 years ago. We were thoroughly satisfied with its installation and with the product. When a leak recently developed near a chimney, we contacted Penfolds and their response was both prompt and effective. Phil and Ian determined that the probable fault lay not with the roofing but with the chimney itself. A faulty chimney cap was quickly detected and repaired (result: no more leak) and deteriorating chimney counter flashing also was identified. Despite the fact that Penfolds typically contracts out any chimney work, Ron (Service Supervisor) arranged for Phil and Ian to correct the problem. The replacement counter-flashing was vastly superior to the original, the quality of their work was outstanding and the obvious integrity of all three (Ron, Phil and Ian), quite exceptional. Overall, I recommend Penfolds Roofing without hesitation. They may not be the cheapest, but their accountability is worth every penny!

    Al new roof

    The worker showed up first thing on Wednesday morning, by 10.30 am all equipment and supplies arrived. Every night the job site was cleaned. Friday the work was finished and everything was back to normal in my yard.
