I cannot say enough wonderful things about Peter & Greg Walker Contracting Inc. A friend recommended them to me and they went above & beyond to exceed my expectations. I am still marvelling at how the entire process and all the transactions took place so smoothly and completely stress-free. From our first meeting with Brian, I knew that my eighty year old Mom was in exceptional hands. He took the time to visit her home twice, to ensure that he first thoroughly collected all the necessary information about the condition of my Moms roof and eavestroughs and then carefully and patiently explained the entire scope of the project to my Mom. He made sure that she knew that he cared about delivering the best possible service to meet her needs. A trust was immediately formed, and she felt empowered and confident of the work that was planned. The installers were highly skilled and did an outstanding job! They were very punctual, courteous, professional and expedient. What really impressed us most, was how exceptionally organized this company is. The entire project was pre-planned to perfection, where everything took place like clockwork. This company is highly efficient and experts in this field of work. I was also so very grateful for Bertas (Office Administrator) assistance because she was constantly willingly to accommodate us from ensuring desired scheduling and payment plans. She always immediately followed up on all inquiries and made sure that we were accommodated to our greatest satisfaction. I have used Walker's for at least three "roofings" - work has always been timely, careful and very thorough. My comment is about Walker's follow up commitment. The couple of times I have small repairs done, -problems not due to any fault of the work done, Walker's were quick to respond and did the repair at no cost - a most unusual -occurrence in today's world. My 75 year old home was in dire need of a new roof and siding, including removal of asbestos insulation. I was very impressed by the quality of work Peter and Greg Walker Contracting Inc performed last year on my neighbour's home so I contacted them for a quote. They responded promptly and provided comprehensive information without any sales pressure. After reviewing other quotes, I chose Peter and Greg Walker. I am thrilled with the result. The quality of the materials and work is first rate. They kept me up to date as the project progressed and left the worksite in perfect condition.

We needed to replace four large windows and a patio door in our family room. The windows were quite large, 72"x72". We added a new small casement window within two of the replacement windows. The sales rep was thorough and provided very good suggestions. The work started sooner than we expected which was great - work was done before Christmas. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up the worksite well when done. We are very happy with our new windows and door.
