    new chimney rebuild

    We hired Walker Contracting to rebuild a new chimney for us to replace one that had not been done properly when we bought our house 13 years ago. Walker did an amazing job. Professional, courteous & the job done to perfection. I highly recommend this company & we would definitely use them again in the future.

    Total roof stripping, repair as necessary,breathable soffits created and shingle and flat roof replacement

    All work was performed to my satisfaction, on time, and all personnel on the job site were professional and curteous.

    Complete renewal of our 20 year old roof (plywood & shingles)

    Everything was done with care to our property. They were on time and very neat. Office and roofers were courteous. Very satisfied with job.

    Roofing

    Great customer service! This was a very rainy spring and summer. Consequently, I had to wait 6 weeks for my roof to be done. During this time my roof sprung a leak. Walker came and installed a membrane to prevent further damage. The team that worked on my house were both professional and diligent in getting the job done. As it was quite hot, I observed water being dropped off throughout the day. A happy hydrated crew makes for a quality job done with few delays. I would highly recommend this firm.

    The inspection and recommendation work was very detailed and comprehensive. The crew were polite and courteous. The final work was done to our satisfaction and beyond.

    Replacing old windows with Marvin windows

    Windows for the entire house, two floors. Professional service from sales to work to after service. Work crew exceptional. Clean, courteous, didn't break one window removing them. Windows were over 80 years old. Super end result. Very pleased. Have been customer since the 80s. Won't go anywhere else. Walkers are the best.

    Walker Contracting does an Excellent job

    Walker contracting recently did our roof. They did a very thorough job in a timely manner and completely cleaned up after completing the work. They are experts at their job and if you want a job done perfectly, the Walkers are the way to go. I know that I will not have to even think about getting this job done again for another 40 years.

    eavestroughs

    The work was somewhat delayed by the weather but they finished the job on the day they came. The person in charge of the job was very good at explaining the work to be done and followed up with me afterwards.

    Flat roof over the garage,rebuild the roof over the entrance,replace all eavestroughs and soffits

    Roof repair and shingle replacement.

    This is the second time we engaged Peter & Greg Walker to do work on our home. The first time was to replace eavestroughing and siding in 2014 and inspect our shingles/roof for potential replacement. We had several quotes done at that time and Walker was chosen because of price, scope of work and recommendations from our neighbours. They ended up doing only the eavestroughs, sliding and a roof tune-up. They felt we could get another few years on the shingles. The work at that time was great and improved the look of our 1950s bungalow. When it came time to replace the shingles we didn't bother getting any other quotes because we trusted Peter & Greg Walker to do the job right. As we had some animal damage to our shingles, Walker fixed the damaged parts immediately, since doing the whole roof was not possible until several weeks later. The job is complete and the roof looks great. Once again the look of our 1950s bungalow is improved.
