We installed a pool with pioneer in the summer of 2017. Our pool turned out exactly as we expected. It was on time and on budget. the work was excellent and the sub contractors recommended to us were also great. Jeremy spent a lot of time working with us on the design and helped us pick the best options within our budget. We were swimming two weeks after the build started. We are very happy with our pool and the service provided.

Great experience and quick service. Bryn Evans is a fantastic sales person and was accessible whenever we had a question. He was quick to get any concerns addressed. All subcontractors were good to work with and highly experienced!

We can't say enough about Pioneer Pools! The service, professionalism, and time management went beyond our expectations. The post installation service and advice for a new pool owner was excellent peace of mind. If there were problems they would eagerly be addressed and resolved in a timely manner. These are the kind of pros you want to work with.

Fantastic communication through the whole process , no pushy sales persons fast and neat workers , friendly knowledgeable staff gave us exactly what we wanted and NO stress ! If don’t want or need the headaches of arranging gas electrical and landscapers I highly recommend using their trades and landscapers , you won’t regret it ! We love everything and can’t wait to open it up in the spring as we had it built in the fall then closed right away

We had our pool installed in 2004 and have been at the store every spring and summer for all our pool needs. The customer service at the Oakville store was always fantastic, but it has definitely improved over the past season. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and available to help. We recently purchased all our outdoor furniture at Pioneer, and are very happy with the quality of the products they supply (and guarantee!). Unlike like the big-box stores that only refer you back to the manufurer if there are issues, Pioneer stands by the products they supply.

After months of researching and chasing down quotes from various pool companies, I was exhausted and totally overwhelmed. It wasn’t just the pool but all the other factors that needed to be considered like fencing, by laws, permits, electrical upgrades. My brain was swimming and I felt very ill equipped to coordinate it all. It was now late August and our plan for a fall installation wasn’t looking hopeful. Pioneer was going to be our last quote. Bryn Evans was amazing! He was professional, personable and very willing to answer my many questions. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Pioneer. Pool installation started on time and was completed quickly. Ryan and his build team were fantastic! They were friendly, willing to answer questions and were so respectful about staying off our neighbours side of the driveway. Every morning they would show up right at 7:00. They cleaned up after themselves and always left the yard tidy. Bryn helped coordinate the trades and put us in touch with an excellent landscaping company, fence guy, gas and electrical company. He went above and beyond to help us complete our project. Not only was our pool installation experience positive but the ladies, Emma and Ali, we worked with in the showroom were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, very personable and were even able to get us deeper discounts on the end of season sales. Their willingness to accommodate some of our requests speaks to their professionalism and focus on customer service. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you Pioneer Team! My wife and I just recently purchased a hot tub. As part of our search, we had been to several spa outlets in the Burlington and Oakville areas. Pioneer Pools in Burlington ended up being our last stop. Over the years, I had been to the store on Fairview Street numerous times for pool water testing and supplies. I always found the staff there to be quite helpful and courteous. Brett was the sales associate we dealt with during our hot tub purchase. He was great to deal with. Brett’s knowledge and no pressure attitude made a big impact on our decision process. He was very patient with us that day, explaining the different types of sanitizing systems and spa makes/models. I think we spent about 2 hours with him. Over the next 2 weeks he answered my numerous questions, making sure I was satisfied with the answers. When Brett was not available, Bill was able to answer our questions. We finally decided on the Caldera Geneva model. The delivery/install by Jay and Mark was quick and easy. They were both professional and courteous. They made sure I was happy with the install before they left. We had a minor issue with the light for the logo and Brett acted on it right away. The service department called that day to arrange a tech come out to fix it. From start to finish, the overall experience dealing with Pioneer Family Pools was very positive. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. 12/06/2018 - Update It’s been just over a year now since our hot tub was installed. We couldn’t be happier about our purchase. The “lounger” with the foot massage is my favorite position. My wife’s favorite is the “captain chair” with the palm massage. Doesn’t that just work out! I’m in the hot tub at least 5 times a week. We have had absolutely no issues with the hot tub. As for Pioneer Pools Burlington, they continue to be very helpful. Being a first time owner of a hot tub, I have had many questions over the year regarding proper water quality control. They have always took the time to answer my questions. I run into Brett from time to time and he is always asking how things are going. I go into the store at least once a month to get the water tested (at no charge I might add). Everyone always goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They have competitive prices regarding the chemicals. Even with the online stores. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the after sales service from Pioneer Pools Burlington.

We recently finished a backyard renovation and went into pioneer pools to look for some new patio furniture. As soon as we entered the store the employees were extremely helpful. In particular, Adreanna, helped us throughout the entire process. She was so knowledgeable about all the different products, showing us multiple options for our outdoor space. She was extremely professional and assisted us with no sales pressure (during our multiple visits before our final decision was made). I also have to mention how amazing the delivery and set-up team were, the gentleman were so polite, set everything perfectly, and were so quick! We love all of the pieces we purchased, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend pioneer to friends/family.

Bryn Evans was great helping us decide what type and size of pool and type of equipment would work best. He was attentive and there every step of the way including the day they broke ground through to looking after pool closing. Would recommend to anyone.
