We wanted to create a living space in our backyard that aloowed us to relax on a nice summer evening and have the option to host family or friends on a weekend as well. After searching many companies online, We decided to contact Pool Craft and a few other reputable companies. I must mention that Pool Craft was the fastest to respond and that prompt and professional service from the start was continued throughout our entire experience. From the designer, the construction crew that built the pool, to the project manager and all the way through to the office staff, Pool Craft always remained honest and professional. We could really feel that Pool Craft was as passionate about the project as we were. We wanted a perfect little backyard oasis and Pool Craft helped us create it which is why I would recommend them to anyone looking to create their own outdoor living space. Thanks Pool Craft Team

We engaged Poolcraft to install our pool last year (2017). I interviewed a number of companies before going ahead and found Poolcraft to the best from a customer service perspective. Rick was amazing throughout the process in guiding us through the various phases. The service excellence continued throughout the build. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company. They are not the cheapest option out there but honestly you get what you pay for and they were worth every cent. The rest of the team was also great throughout the build including Chris and Kevin.

We built our pool with Pool Craft 9 years ago and we are still extremely proud owners. With a hectic lifestyle, our objective was to construct a backyard aquatic oasis that would replace the need for a cottage getaway. Pool Craft transformed our backyard into a special retreat to relax in and to entertain in. From the design, to the build, to service, to weekly maintenance, to openings and closings, Pool Craft delivers with the best customer service. The team at Pool Craft always strives to make us happy. After the build in 2008 Jason asked us, “Are you happy with the product and the service?” 9 years later with absolute honesty…YES, 100%.

After having several companies come out to quote our pool renovation project we chose Pool Craft and we sure are glad we did. They were extremely responsive and thorough throughout the whole project from the first meeting to quoting and going back and forth on options to actually doing the work. We had all new suction and pressure lines done, new skimmer, new LED lights, new pump/filter/heater all plumbed, new liner and safety cover. Their pricing was very competitive and their work was top notch, everyone I dealt with at Pool Craft was great and I would deal with them again.

I interviewed 3 different pool companies and initially chose Pool Craft based upon their professionalism, honesty and reputation. Jason was engaged at the very start helping me obtain the necessary letters and permits from the builder and town to get the process started. From there Jason, Chris and Curtis helped me with the pool dimensions, style, features, gas BBQ line installation pool equipment location and overall landscape design, making various recommendations and outlining the potential costs associated with each one. Once the project got underway Kevin (Project Manager) was onsite on a regular basis monitoring progress and ensuring we were comfortable as each step was completed. Curtis made various landscaping recommendations (ie tree locations, stone placement, window well treatments, etc) that can only come from years of experience. The softscape design and lighting recommendations were made by Mitch. Careful thought was put into selecting the trees and plants to maximize privacy and space. Our lot is not very big however I was pleasantly surprised at how big the pool and living space turned out to be in the end. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first summer as owners of a fantastic backyard oasis and would highly recommend using Jason and the Pool Craft team for your pool installation and landscaping investment. We have been using Pool Craft’s services for over 15 years now. They work efficiently, responsibly and are eager to please their costumers. If problems arise with my pool, Pool craft is quick to help and rectify the problem. The staff is friendly, hard working and a pleasure to deal with.
