New Pool liner.
The crew did a great job from start to finish. Great group to work with and very professional. My next door neighbor suggested them and I won’t go back to the other company we used to use.

Hot Tub Service
I learned from this company through a friend who has a pool and is thrilled with the service from Pool Craft. I obtained a hot tub with the purchase of my new house and knew nothing about care for it. Pool Craft mentioned the process to maintain, which I quickly realized was not my speed so purchased their services and have been thrilled with the level of service they provide. I also needed a motor changed which I received a great price for and when on site the tech and his helper were super professional. The installation was faster than expected which gave me the rest of the day open. We are now in need of a new cover for the tub so I'm not hesitant on who to call for this in any way. Amazing customer service and I'll be in touch for that cover.

Above-ground Vinyl Pool - weekly service + more
Pool Craft has been servicing my pool since summer of 2016 to present. I have them open my pool, service it bi-weekly for the the summer, and close it by Sept/Oct. This year, in addition to their regular services, I had them install a pool heater and change my liner. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They are well organized and always keep in touch with me (either by phone and/or email). The best quality I would say about Pool Craft service is that they are a reliable company. For example, this year, when i had them install the pool heater and liner, there were a few unforeseen problems from my end, such as a pipe leaking. They IMMEDIATELY brought one their staff members to replace the leaking pipe in order to have my pool ready for my scheduled pool party! This company truly cares for its customers! Overall, I'm very impressed by their services and will continue to use them in the future too. Thank you for excellent work!

Backyard Oasis
We hired PoolCraft when looking to do our backyard. This company came highly recommended by a friend who used them to do their backyard pool a few years ago. We were looking for a company who could do a whole vision and would project manage all the pieces as we did not have any interest in trying to coordinate all the parts ourselves. PoolCraft is exactly what we were looking for and worked with us through every part of the project to give us our dream backyard. Pool, patio, landscaping and all the trimmings were completed with our input at every stage and with care and precision. Perhaps the best part is each person we dealt with was friendly and responsive to our questions. Our backyard is amazing!!! It was truly a pleasure to work with PoolCraft and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pool Build and Yearly Opening and Closing
We continue to be impressed with Pool Craft year after year. They built our pool in 2014. Jason personally took us around to check out pools they had built to help give us ideas for our own. The build went perfectly. We could not have been more pleased. Over the last three years we have had Pool Craft open and close our pool each season. The team is in and out in no time, and the backyard is always left in the same condition it was before they got there. Pool Craft's service team is second to none. Any perceived issue that comes up through the year, the service team quickly solves for us, usually over the phone or though email. The issue turns out to be easily fixed. We have recommended Pool Craft to a number of friends and family. They are always thankful when their pool is done. They have great things to say about Pool Craft as well.

Pool Craft in Richmond Hill
We've been relying on Pool Craft service and supplies for over 10 years. We Always receive great service and honest feedback on required service and chemicals. Regardless of the staff that's in when I go I or who comes out on calls I get the same friendly and reliable service. Bottom line we trust them unlike other companies. If your looking for a new pool or maintenance Poolcraft is great value.

Pool service
Poolcraft is servicing our large pool every year since 2014. I'm very satisfied with their service. They offer pool opening, weekly or upon request pool servicing and also pool closing. This year our pool showed some algies problem that they could resolve in a few servicing without deteriorating water quality. Since then the water is clean and shiny. I also needed to renew the heater and the filter header and they came up with good price and timely service so that pool stayed available all the time. It was very appreciated by my kids :) We leave the pool, yard and facility to them even when we are not home. The personnel is very respectful of our privacy and do their best to come for service early so adding chemicals does not prevent us to use the pool later in the day. Thank you to all the hardworking and nice young staff we meet every year. M/

Pool and Cabana construction.
Recently I hired pool craft to construct a pool and cabana for my backyard. I was referred to them from a friend and at first, I was a bit apprehensive due to my lack of knowledge with pools. They not only overachieved, providing me exceptional service but they also educated me throughout the process. I felt that I made the right decision when I hired Pool Craft and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy pool company.

Pool Maintenance
Look no further! Pool Craft does a fantastic job! I had visited the store looking for weekly maintenance as I was not pleased with the previous company. Geoff had assured me I would be looked after and his team will do a great job. And that they did! My pool looked great all year and was always left super clean. Water was always clear and balanced properly. Customer service is great as well so what more can you ask for. These are the guys you want!

Custom Pool & Backyard Landscaping
We used Pool Craft to build our pool and backyard landscaping plus we did some stonework/landscaping in the front. From the very beginning Rick was great to deal with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were realistic with their time frames, and took the time to understand our vision. From the initial drawings to the final stage, they expressed a tremendous amount of care. I think that makes a big difference in work quality. They were very easy to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier! They were at my house for almost 2 months and my neighbours would even comment how clean and courteous the workers were. I would highly recommend Pool Craft. They are true professionals.
