Excellent, honest, and professional appliance repair company. The technician took the time to explain what he was doing and the problems he was seeing. Offered recommendations to avoid future problems. Work is guaranteed for 3 months too.

For any high end appliances like subzero, miele, Thermador and like VIKING call Priority appliances. We have a 10K wine cooler which stop cooling we called many places like sear but they said they couldnt fix it and other places said they would try. I called Priority appliances and they came quickly and had parts within a week and fix the coolant leak and replaced another part and now its works like brand new, These guy Moe, Roshan know what they are doing and always there to answer all your questions. They are resonable priced and quick to respond. I have had nothing but a good experience with them and my friends and family members who have used them say the same. You pay for what you want and the service is all I can say.

Moe was awesome. He was polite, explained everything, and fixed the problem (freezer with a faulty heater part for the defrost cycle). He went the extra mile for sure, using a hot air gun to melt all the ice that had built up, emptied my ice cube tray (which had turned in to a block of ice), and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Priority!

My laundry washer would wash but did not drain. They sent a repairman to investigate and showed me their cost to get the replacement switch from their supplier and labor, which was very affordable and honest with no crazy up charge. Fixed everything within 45 mins.

I actually was very impressed by Priority's service and professionalism. They are very reasonably priced compared to the competitors and did a great job fixing my washer. I would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are terrific, both on the phone and in my home. Moe, the technician who has worked on my dryer a couple of times, is knowledgeable, honest, and generous with his time. I have no hesitation trusting him to work on any of my appliances knowing that he is thorough and always trying to keep my costs as low as possible; often providing me with choices for solutions so I can pick the best option for my budget.

My Maytag washer broke down after 2 years. Found Priority Appliance on the internet. They sent someone out the following day and found the problem to be a malfunction pump because a 25cent got into it and wreck the propeller. The part needed to be ordered in. They returned with the part and finished the repair the following week. A couple weeks later, water was leaking from the back. it turns out they didn't tuck the water hoes in far enough and it eventually came lose after a few use. I think their service is good, wish they would pay more close attention to the miner stuff.

I used this company and would reccomend them always quick and good pricing most of all honest and so friendly. Have recommend to others and they say the same. The service people all work the same. The owner of the company knows what they are doing.

This is the second time I had used Priority. Again, they were on-time and very efficient. The technician had quoted me about an hour to fix my washer and he was done before that. He was very professional. I appreciated how he came with a mat and place all his tools on the mat plus he cleaned up after he was done. The first time I used them was to fix my fridge and the service was exactly the same.

Priority's surviceman Moe, is excellent. We're undergoing a renovation, and even with kitchen counters that are in very poor shape, Moe treats them like they're granite. Before anything is placed anywhere in your home, a pad is put down to protect that surface. He called before he arrived, and he fixed the stove quickly for a fair price.
