Reply created 7 Sep 2019Dear Jennifer, The difference between renovation plumbers and service plumbers, is that we service plumbers are called in to fix the problems that renovation plumbers create. For example, the reason the valve needed tightening was because the seal has worn away creating a space between the nut and the stem. Tightening the nut does not repair the seal that protects you from a flood. Eventually that valve will leak again potentially causing tens of thousands of dollars in damages. So in essence it is a "quick fix". The valve needs to be replaced. We see homes that are flooded every day because of this type of poor workmanship. Sometimes you may be happy to save a few hundred dollars in the short term, but it ends up costing you much more in the long run. We are sorry that you are un happy and can understand why you thought we were trying to take advantage of you, based on an opinion of a renovation plumber, however we as service plumbers see the bigger picture and work to keep your home safe from problems in the future. Thank you - The Priority Team.

Reply created 7 Sep 2019Dear Mae, Thank you for sharing your experience with our company. We appreciate great customers like you and thank you for your continued loyalty over the years. Priority Plumbing was the first company to promote preventative maintenance to our customers. Some readers may have even recieved one of our letters a few years back. It is always smarter to fix something before it breaks and causes more damage to the home. Our customers recieve free maintenance inspections and that helps you stay trouble free throughout the year. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sincerely, - The Priority Team.
Reply created 26 Mar 2013Dear Paul, Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. We always try to make our customers 100% happy, and we are so happy to have done this for you. We really appreciate hearing from great customers like you. Sincerely, - The Priority Team.
Reply created 26 Mar 2013Dear Gene, We are so sorry that you are unhappy with the price. It is unfortunate that you told us to proceed with the work, as we did give you the estimate in writing before we proceeded. So with all due respect, it is a little unfair to call it highway robbery. Please try to understand the tremendous expense it is for us to send a fully licensed, trained and insured Plumber to your home. By the time the plumber drove to your home, completed the job, we allocated 3 hours of company time. In addition, our plumbers all have a minimum of 10 years working experience and recieve ongoing training. We usually make jobs look a lot simpler than they are. Please call us to discuss your concerns as we always try to make our customers 100% happy. Thank you - The Priority Team.
