Left a deposit for a kitchen island worktop. They did not provide any service to come measure when they committed to. Did not return calls to agree another time. Requested a refund of deposit. Bal agreed to send a cheque, 2 weeks later still waiting and still no communication. This is a short version of the story. I can't comment on quality of their work as they didn't do anything other than take my money. Do not use this business & make the same mistake as I did. Reported to credit card company.

It was an Anniversary gift and second time using Pro Stone. They gave us a great price and their sales team from the owner to the installers all worked together. We weren't sure when the work would be completed but sure enough the owner called the night before and said it would be done the next day on the 25th. Whether he remembered or not, having our new granite kitchen counters made it even more special. We will always recommend this company to our friends and family. Judy & Chris, Bowmanville

The counter and installation we beyond my expectations. The staff at Pro Stone were knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of products to choose from and provided us with good advice on our kitchen Reno project. It's comforting to know that they understood what I was looking for.I wouldn't hesitate to order through them again.

I am very happy with our new kitchen countertop built and installed by pro stone. Price is somehow reasonable, excellent staffs especially their sales mareting representive. I wish their success in business.

Prostone had provided me with Excellent service and installation for a Caesarstone Nougat countertop. They also offer a good price that includes: 1. Laser Measurement and Template 2. Fabrication with Sink cut out and faucet holes cut outs 3. One of 15 different edge styles 4. Delivery and Installation

Quite happy with the countertop design, Installation and the service. The owner and staffs are very friendly and co-operative to work with. The kitchen looks modern and contemporary now. Thank you very much.

We are extremely pleased with the work that pro stone has done for us. The granite install was flawless. Femi was wonderful right from the beginning including showing us various options as well as calling us before the cutting was to begin so that we could chose where we wanted the cuts. Measurements were spot on and the install went without a hitch. The granite fit like a glove. Thank you so very much for a fantastic job. We will definitely be back and highly recommend pro stone to anyone for their stone countertop needs.

Ordered a custom marble vanity counter and bathtub surround by Prostone. Not only was the order late by a week but the marble was chipped in several areas. The installers conveniently stood in the way, as to not see the damaged areas. When called about getting repaired, I was given the run around and am still waiting two years later.

We were very happy with ProStone and the granite countertop we received. The process was easy from start to finish and the installers were professional, quick and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

Whole process was not enjoyable.Had to chase after owner,every step of the process.Project left incomplete. Had to order supports from another company.Said it's not something they do.Why this was not mentioned when they came to measure out the counter,not sure.
