Pro Stone is a rare commodity these days: a company that understands the value of, and practices, great customer service. We just finished a 7 month home renovation, and Pro Stone stands above the other contractors / service providers in their level of professionalism, commitment to quality, and willingness to do what it takes to get it right. Before signing a contract, Pro Stone showed us what would be the configuration of our countertop on the slabs. That way we knew exactly how many seems to expect. This is one example of Pro Stone’s transparency that we so appreciated. No other company offered a template (perhaps they would have had we asked, but frankly we didn’t know what to ask). Pro Stone had a complete set of documentation that listed choices for edges, style of island, and detailed upgrade options with pricing. Girish was our sales representative - he was a pleasure to deal with. When some concern arose regarding the fabrication of the countertop in the sink area, Girish kept his cool and worked with us and his technical team to get it right – the way we wanted it! Pro Stone’s technical team was wonderful, they exuded competence. The measurements were done with a computer, which yielded a perfect result. The installers did their work in a tight space, precisely, professionally, cleanly, and with a smile. Thanks Pro Stone for our beautiful countertops – everyone says how gorgeous they are!!

Huge selection of stone for any kind of job. Great sales service. Girish was patient and knowledgeable. We went back many times to confirm in our minds what we wanted. They have sinks to make shopping easier. The installers were polite, did a great job and finished quickly. The stone fit perfectly due to accurate measuring by Simon. Serves the east end, so no need for us to drive hours to get to the factory. Thanks to all. Our kitchen looks stunning.

After visiting a number of the “big box” stores and searching the Internet, we decided to go with Pro Stone for the granite countertop and sink installation on our existing 8-year-old cabinets. From the moment we walked into Pro Stone to the final handshake on a post installation visit we were extremely pleased with the expertise, friendliness, service and craftsmanship that was provided. Girish led us through the project with precision and grace. Any worries that I may have had quickly dissipated as the whole planning and installation process was carried out as intended, on time, and without any delays. Our first visit to Pro Stone involved a tour of the warehouse and a detailed showing and explanation of the available types of granite. Girish was able to steer us in the right direction based on our kitchen colours and our tastes. We finally went with Bellini as per his suggestion and have no regrets. I couldn’t get over the fact that there must have been about 6 to 8 other client couples/families also viewing the materials in the warehouse all with expressions of happiness on their faces. Overhearing some of the conversations I quickly realized that many of these individuals were contented returning customers – which I plan to be this summer when I next tackle two bathrooms. The installation itself went flawlessly. I was concerned because of the existing old countertop that needed to be removed. Girish had contacted other trades-people to remove the existing countertop and level the cabinets prior to the installation. The entire project was done in one day and there was no damage to any of our property. The installers were true craftsmen. They had to make a small adjustment to the countertop on site but did so with precision and cleanliness. They mounted the stainless steel sink with silicone and I finished the plumbing 24hrs later as per their instructions. I have not had any problems with water leaks between the sink and the granite counter. We are very pleased with our kitchen granite countertops and sink and I highly recommend Pro Stone.

The service was exceptional, and the Wasabi Granite from Iran is simply spectacular. They took the time to completely understand my project and delivered the finished product on time. would refer them to anyone.

A big thank you to Girish for all his help, patience and advice during our many visits to choose the granite for our kitchen countertop, breakfast bar and bathroom vanities. We also purchased a great stainless steel sink for the kitchen countertop as well as the vanity bowls. They all look amazing! We are so pleased that we plan to order a backsplash to finish off our new kitchen look. Thanks also to Anna who was always so pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome everytime we visited or called. Great job guys!

Prostone just installed my new countertop yesterday and i couldn't be more pleased. It's absolutely stunning and the customer service was exceptional. We had some deign snags but the professionals handled it with perfection. Bravo to Anna, Girish and Haran for a terrific job well done! I'm so glad I came to you.

1. Initial consultation at Pro Stone office was excellent. Girish was helpful. Selection was good for the price. I'm not paying Cambrian prices so I don't expect that type of selection. In granite, you are paying for the uniqueness of the stone as well as the actual stone and labour. Time was set for templating at my home. 2. Siymon was on time with templating. He used a computer on a tripod to do the templating which is very quick. From the final product, also looks like it is more accurate than using luan strips, or just hand measuring. The use of this technology shows in the final product. The seams against the wall conform to less than 1/8". Excellent work. 3. The two installers showed up on time on the day of the install. One of them said he has been doing this for 20 years. They were done in about 2 hours. The undermount sink is attached on-site and held up by silicone instead of clips. They had a form for me to rate their work and the overall experience. 4. After 36 hours, I installed the faucet, started using the sink and was checking for leaks. Noticed quite a bit of water was dripping inside the sink cabinet. Initially, I thought it was my faucet installation. It was a one-hole Kohler faucet with an compressed o-ring against the countertop. The inside of the hole was dry. That's when I realized water on the countertop was seeping in between the undermount sink and the countertop. I thought there is insufficient caulking so I added a bead around the sink. It still leaked slightly after 24 hours, so I dropped the sink and while cleaning out the original caulking, noticed it was not adhering to the stainless steel sink. Maybe there was a film of oil from the new sink, so I clean the sink with rubbing alcohol first, recaulked and it is fine. I didn't ask Prostone to come back because it would cost me more time to wait for these guys to come back. They will probably do an ok job fixing it but I think I lost some confidence already. I was fortunate to have noticed the leak before the cabinet is ruined.

We recently upgraded our counter top to granite from Pro Stone. I went to Toronto Granite, and Granite Encounters before going to Pro Stone. It was the best service and slab selection! The counter tops were thicker than the standard 3/4 inch. It was actually 1 1/4 inch. We settled on the Golden Typhoon and la dolce vita granite fro the island. Kugan was so helpful!! He was the one who recommended the different granite for the island. It was the most expensive tier but I love it so much!!! Kugan and we met at least 3 times before picking the granite. He gave us samples, information and let us pick our own slabs. He helped us with sinks and the design as well!! I have to say that I LOVE LOVE everything!! On the day of the installation, he even called to check up on us and see how everything was...now that's impressive. I didn't expect a call from him and that was so nice!!! I will recommend Pro Stone to anyone! I am so glad that I went with them instead of anyone else. They are polite, punctual, and the quality is the BEST. They really do know what they are doing and they are so patient!! This is a pretty big purchase so you want to make sure it's done right. And they understand that... Also, they have a huge warehouse along with the cutting machine. They will cut the slab on site so it really expedites the work. The install took only about 3 hrs. 3 guys came and finished it beautifully. My kitchen is to die for now...and since this job, I can't wait for it to start on the bathrooms!!! = )

We were referred to ProStone from a friend who used them for her kitchen countertops. She said to ask for Girish. We had been to MANY other places but never found the granite that jumped out at us for our countertops. When we went to ProStone we saw "many" slabs of granite for our countertops that jumped out at us and Girish was particularly patient with us when we would see something new and change our minds! Girish helped us make the final choice and we also chose our stainless steel sink from ProStone - huge selection of those as well. ProStone measured/delivered and installed all according to schedule. They did an awesome job and it was a pleasure to work with them and their installers. We are now going back to get our island countertop! You will not be disappointed when you go to ProStone. They have the quality you are looking for and the prices are right.

Purchasing the countertop was very stressful because it is a very large purchase. Bal dealed with us and made us very satisfied customers. The installers were exceptional too. They were polite, very quick and their work was excellent. They always took their shoes off and cleaned up before they left. Excellent work from beginning to end. Thanks so much!!!
