I went to their manufacturing warehouse and when I saw they didn't have a showroom, I was sceptical. However after meeting with a salesperson and then taking a tour of their warehouse to see the many, many stone slabs they had, I was pleasantly surprised. The salespersons where very helpful and friendly and my wife and I were extremely happy with our choice of granite and the installation process was very smooth and professional. It is very important to see the whole slab that your counter will be cut from, as the small samples you see at the retail stores do not give you a realistic picture of what you might get. We even got to choose the portion of the slab that our counter was cut from. As every piece of granite is different, having the ability to see the actual slab of concrete and then getting to choose the portion from that slab is a must. The best part was the price was cheaper than suggested by the retail stores and their contractors.

We used Prostone products for our walk-in shower enclosure and base as well as our custom vanity top. Prostone did an excellent job of helping us to decide the best materials and finish for the shower and counter top. Customer Service did a great job of keeping us informed as to when the product would be ready and the installation crew were courteous and excellent relative to their workmanship. We would highly recommend Prostone to anyone looking for quality materials for any kitchen, bathroom or other home reno project!

Girish was very professional, patient and helpful from the first phone call, and worked with us to get the shape of our counters to match to the unusual lines in our kitchen. The installers were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and polite. And ProStone's price for our two counters was several thousands of dollars less than what another supplier quoted for the exact same brand of quartz material! Would definitely recommend.

We purchased the astrix granite for our kitchen counter and island. Girish was very patient with all our questions. We were called back to see the actual pieces before they were delivered. This particular granite is a bit more delicate to work with but when they delivered it to our house and inserted all the pieces to fit. It looked fantastic they did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone who is considering buying granite for their home. Lots to choose from,knowledgable and friendly service and in the east end.

There is nothing I can add to the other reviews that are here - each and every one of them voiced our opinions exactly. How did we find out about Prostone? My husband was driving by, on his way into check it out he met a person who was leaving - who told him that it was the best place in the City with the best prices and best quality of granite and he had been looking for a year. We were going to get laminate until we spoke to Girish and his knowledge and expertise convinced us to go with granite, and I would not switch from granite in a million years, it is fabulous, the workmanship, quality, and expert measurements and installation is amazing. We had checked out a few other places, their granit was thinner and after speaking to Girish, we were convinced that the quality of the granite from ProStone was far superior and at a lower price. Thank you Girish and Lisa for all your help and patience and for your expertise. Granite is the way to go; the maintenance is minimal and the clean up is so easy. Installation was 'painless'; installers were prompt, courteous and very tidy; laid down cloths before bringing in their equipment. Thank you ProStone!!!!

Recently I had my kitchen countertops replaced with the granite ones. After checking couple of vendors, I selected Pro stone for this job. The reason was they had substantially ample variety to choose from and one can actually see the full granite slabs at their facility. I selected 3 cm thick granite with the help of Girish, one of their sales specialists who had an excellent knowledge in his area. With his advice, I was able to select the right stone and colour based on my kitchen cabinetry and setting pretty quickly. Price was really good and the job was very well done from the stone selection to the installation. A plus point about Pro stone is they do not charge extra no matter which type of edge profile or shape you ask for in the countertops. If I have to purchase granite counter tops again, I would definitely get them from Pro stone.

After getting some quotes to install a granite countertop, my wife and I decided to go with Prostone. We dealt with Girish and he answered all our questions, showed us different slabs of granite and walked us through the installation process. When we advised him that we had bought a new undermount sink, he educated us on what we need to consider when buying a sink - but not once asked us to buy a sink from them! But based on the knowledge he provided, we decided to return the sink we had already and decided to get another one from Prostone. As for the installation, everything went as per schedule and nothing was damaged!

Our kitchen countertop was Caesarstone and the finished product is stunning, however from the moment the installers from Prostone arrived things went badly. They chipped the edge of the counter when installing and had to return to repair and "buff" the chip out - this took days of requests and pleading. Then, when the counter continued to chip on the edge they refused to return, I had to contact CIOT directly and have them send their own technician who rounded the "too square" edge of the counter - a counter that the Prostone salesman had insisted would be durable, despite it's sharper edge. Finally, Prostone refused to come back when the amalgam in the single seam in the countertop disintegrate and it took days of arguing and accepting the abuse of "Girish" before they sent someone to fix it. I would have sourced another product had they insisted that the sharper edge was not durable - and I would NEVER have done business with them had I anticipated the utter lack of respect, service and courtesy.

Pro Stone is very professional in dealing with their clients. No surprises and delivers final product as stated in their contract. We are very satisfied with our new granite counter top, good workmanship.

We first visited the Pro Stone office in mid June '09 looking for a supplier for a granite countertop for a kitchen makeover. We were impressed with the granite selection at Pro Stone and appreciated being able to view full slabs instead of only small samples. Also we liked Pro Stone's use of thicker material than many other suppliers. Girish was helpful in our process of making a granite selection. Our countertop was installed in late July and we are pleased with the result. The installation was flawless and the fit was perfect. Our only concern with Pro Stone was the fact that we needed to follow up several times after initially signing our order in order to get in touch with their Templater and have him come to obtain measurements. Also on the morning Girish originally committed for installation their install team was a no-show. We had to phone Girish and he had to check internally to find out what was going on. The install team did end up coming later that same day and completed the install without issue. However we were left with the impression that they'd had a scheduling screw up internally and needed to fix their scheduling last minute. Overall however we're pleased with our pruchase and would recommend Pro Stone to others.
