I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided to us by Pro Stone recently when we had a granite kitchen countertop installed. Prior to our visit at Pro Stone, we had done some research so we were very pleased at the professional and friendly approach by the staff there. My husband and I would like to express our complete satisfaction in dealing with Girish who, not only gave us an education on granite, but was also very patient with us and offered many suggestions to ensure that we chose the right colour and style to suit our decor. In addition, he promptly kept us informed as the need arose. I would also like to add that Vinod and Lisa also made us feel very comfortable whenever we visited their office. The Plumber and installers also did an excellent job!!! I would recommend Pro Stone not only for the price but also certainly for endeavouring to make their customers satisfied.

We did an almost year long main floor renovation. There were numerous problems and slow downs along the way with various contractors. On the contrary, Pro Stone was one of the few trades that delivered what was originally promised. They were precise, professional and on time. We are extremely pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend Pro Stone.

We were extremely satisfied with everyone we dealt with at Pro Stone. There was plenty of products to choose from and Girish was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of granite for our countertop. The person who came to measure and the plumber who connected the sink were very professional, as were the installers who did an excellent job. We have now ordered another countertop for our bathroom vanity.

We couldn't be more pleased with the granite countertop and service provided by Prostone. Girish was excellent to deal with - patient during the selection process, quick to followup after the installation. They offered us the opportunity to pick the specific slab and determine which part of the slab would end up where. The measurements were taken using a computerized measuring device and saved to a USB stick (no paper templates here!) We were even able to specify where the seams would end up. The pricing was easy to understand and competitive. The final product was installed within 10 days, the seams were artfully done, and the installers were in and out in 3 hours. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. I have added one "before" picture and several "after" pictures.

We shopped around a lot and originally thought we would do our kitchen counterops in Quartz (Silestone). After seeing the natural beauty of granite at Prostone's warehouse, we were sold on using granite. Girish provided us with valuable information, timely service, and a fair price. If you wish to go with 3 cm slab granite, Prostone has the best selection in town. From the choosing of the slab, to the measurement and installation of the countertop, everything was handled with professional, courteous service. The finished product is beautiful and I would recommend if you are shopping for granite check out Prostone and be sure to choose a company (like Prostone)that uses a CNC machine and digital measurement. You won't be disappointed with Prostone!

We searched for 8 years for a way to remodel our existing 1950's bathroom into a new and modern looking one. We found Pro Stone's shower system at the Toronto Home Show and immediately knew we had found what we were looking for. The shower system fits right into where the existing bathtub was. Their design is unique and functional. For our shower, we added in a marble slab on the ceiling which increased the cost by $500.00. Although there were a couple of hiccups during the installation, Sam and his team did everything to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Thanks so much. We will definitely recommend Pro Stone to our friends and we will use them again when we replace our kitchen countertops.

Everyone involved showed a high degree of excellence, from Girish, who was professional, Knowlegeable and friendly, to the measurer and to Jason the installer. We love our new granite countertop and will recomemend this company to others.

Prostone recently installed an engineered quartz kitchen countertop for us. From start to finish, Prostone was profesional, efficient, less expensive then their competitors, and true to their word. The whole process was effortless! We are very happy with our new countertop, not only because it looks great, but also because it is a quality product. We would highly recommend using them.

The replacement of an older malfunctioning cooktop necessitated that we replace our countertops. We started out thinking we would just use laminate again but after talking to an experienced contractor, the project grew to include re-facing the cupboards and making a few minor changes to the configuration of the cupboards. As such, we decided to really make a statement and use a solid surface for the countertops. I found Prostone on the HomeStars site and being in our end of the city, I visited the showroom and was so glad I did. The sales rep, Alex showed me why natural versus synthetic stone is the way to go and took me into the warehouse / showroom to look at the slabs of stone. I was sold. The pricing is very straight forward. They provided me with a price sheet with about 6 or 7 grades and under each there is a list of the stone types included. Best of all, the price included the double sink and any edging style they offered. When my husband came along to pick "our slab" it was a low key, no pressure experience as we were free to wander in the warehouse and select not only the type of granite but the very slab that would be used. The counters were installed this week and the installers were top notch: prompt, clean, professional and very polite. We have a penninsula in the kitchen but the measurements were precise. Our contractor was very impressed by the quality, the installation and the price. The re-facing is nearly finished and the kitchen is looking like we spent far far more than we did. The granite was the way to go and ProStone made the decision and experience easy, problem free and reasonalby affordable.
