We were set to have a quartz countertop installed in our kitchen when a friend mentioned granite, and to go and check out this product at ProStone. We did and couldn't believe how beautiful granite is and also how affordable it is. We met Alex of ProStone at their office/warehouse, 19 Bertrand Ave in Scarborough and he helped us choose what we needed. He has a vast knowledge of all countertop products so making our choice was that much easier. He also did not rush us through any of this. The entire staff is courteous and professional. The measuring and installation went without a hitch - no mess, no fuss, just great professional workmanship. It's so nice to find that. They show up when they say they will. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of renovating their kitchen and/or bathroom. Thank you ProStone. We can't stop staring at our new kitchen.

After a year of planning our kitchen renovation we contacted and researched many countertop companies. Prostone got our business because their price was good, their countertops had the extra thickness, their fabricating facilty was excellent and Girish spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood all the options. Our design was rather unusual but the counters (engineered quartz) fit perfectly. The two men who came to measure and later install were professional, friendly and worked quickly, with great attention to detail. We could not be happier with our counters and would recommend Prostone unconditionally to friends and family.

We were doing a whole-house renovation and wanted granite counters for our kitchen and bathrooms. We got quotes from several companies and advice from our builder. Some were ok, but some places wouldn't even let us see the slab we were getting without putting down 20%! We were very happy to have found Pro Stone in our end of town and they were so helpful. Girish was great with explaining the entire process and the template / installer team were amazing. We got our large granite island and two vanity tops (granite and manufactured quartz) all from Pro Stone - you just can't beat the quality and value. Girish and his team were professional all around and easy to work with. We have already recommended them to several of our friends.

We chose Prostone without doing any research, which is completely unusual for us. But due to a glowing reference we went forward and would not change a thing. Girish showed us slab after slab until we found the one, then showed us some more to ensure that we had made the right decision. Wish we had gotten the name of the man who did the template for our counter, he was efficient and available when we were ready to have the template done. And finally, the two man team who installed the counter were great: on time, professional, polite and completed the install faster than anticipated. We will be giving photos.

I wanted to change all of the countertops in my home under a very tight timeline and Girish from Pro Stone was the man that was able to get everything coordinated within the time required. From the very first meeting to all of the subsequent conversations (face to face, over the phone or via email), Girish was very accomodating to all of my needs. He even went the extra mile to accomodate some last minute changes in designs. I would definitely recommend Pro Stone to anyone seeking high quality, well-made engeineered stone, marble or granite countertops, fireplace surrounds, shower stall surrounds, etc... With Pro Stone, the possibilities are endless, and they will do everything possible to ensure that you get what you want, when you want it!!! FANTASTIC COMPANY AND FANTASATIC TEAM! GREAT JOB!!!

We did the shop around thing for a bit but ultimately went with prostone after a friend recommended them. The quote was better than most of the ones we got but the quality of the stone including the thickness is what sealed it for us. the service was outstanding. we even made things difficult when i had to change the scheduling around. prostone took care of everything and it was all done beyond our expectations. we couldn't be happier.

Cost was half of the price of the many quotes we got the honed finish looks so good on our black granite better than soap stone, and installers were very friendly

Prostone installed granite on all counters and a large island and from planning through installation, they delivered! We had a large selection of granite and edges to chose from. The Prostone team was professional, courteous and clearly cared about customer service. The installation was prompt and high quality. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
