Last summer/2022, I hired this company to replace my front and back porch concrete steps, create a patio and garden in the back and fix my front garden. The front garden was not done properly, the stones were too far apart and soil was able to exit, it also started slanting. I had it redone with another company this year/2023. The front porch steps completely cracked, exposing loose stones and pebbles. The back garden disappeared because there was no proper border created. I contacted the company in March 2023, he came out to see the site and said he would come back in the Spring to fix things. Unfortunately, due they were unable to come back in the spring. I have since made several attempts to contact the company (phone calls and email), yet no one has bothered to return my calls or reach out to me. I spent $20,000 and would have hoped their promise of guaranteed workmanship and a 2 year warranty held up. Update: The company contacted me September 2023, came the next day to assess the site, and the following day came to fix the front steps. The new front steps were a 100% improvement over the original steps, I was extremely happy with the end result. The staff were professional and friendly. Thank you,

Rob and the Rainbow Landscaping team were spot on. Arrived on-time, finished on-time, and the invoice matched what I was quoted. What more can you ask for? There's a bunch of questionable landscaping companies in Markham. Rainbow is definitely one of the best. More than happy to recommend.

Was lucky to get Rainbow’s crew out early this season for our backyard makeover. From the initial appointment to the clean-up all went very smooth. Wife and I love the way the interlock turned out along with small garden wall. They even helped removing some old trees for the artificial grass company we used. Appreciate the extras and have referred them twice this summer so far. Everyone asks who we used so Thanks to the guys and to the owner Rob who stopped by on the final day for a check in.

My 10 year old deck was rotting out and unsafe . Called around couldn’t get anyone out for months to look at it. Called Rainbow Landscaping Rob came out and took a look reenforced the deck and within a week had his crew remove and rebuild us a beautiful new deck. Crew showed up everyday until it was done.

Stan and his crew, led by Shane, were absolutely fantastic. I had a roof done with him last summer (amazing) and this spring, Stan brought a crew to do the back deck. They also reset stones and a window well at the same time. Efficient, helpful, professional, kind and more. Only compliments. Stan is true to his word and his work is fantastic.

Stan was great, we are very happy with the timing and repairs he did on our front steps as well as the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. In fact we are hoping that they will be back next spring to do additional repairs in other areas.

I paid this company a great deal of money. One piece of the work was replacing the front stairs to the house. I now learned that they did not properly waterproof the stairs. I now must pay $20,000 to have the flagstone steps removed and proper waterproofing done. They took shortcuts and hoped I would not notice! Well, now I am paying the price for their poor work. Stay away.

Stan and his crew were great. Only a smaller walkway job, but they came when they said, worked efficiently, finished quickly and did such a good cleanup after that you’d never know any work had even been done if you hadn’t seen it before. Very pleased with result.
