    Kitchen Cabinets

I shop at this store weekly for any number of projects as I am a designer and I often find great stuff at really great prices. I also frequently take left over stuff from my own projects to donate and love the fact that this keeps things out of the landfill.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you so much for your support, Elizabeth; both with donations and purchasing items. We love it when designers spread the word of the ReStores and encourage their clients to achieve sustainable design. Well done! Hope to see you soon!

    Security Bars for windows

When I went to the store they were very helpful and they had what I wanted. They gave me instructions on instalation and all I spent was twenty dollars. I have recommended them to lots of friends who have also purchased items from the restore.

    Answer from pro:

Found a vintage scale which was used in kitchen

Restore is a great store that you know you will find something unexpectedly! Environment is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very affordable price. Simply a great store to visit even if you don't want to buy anything --- but eventually you will!

Buying hardwood flooring and materials for my reno

Re-store is an amazing place to buy new and used building material. I saved a lot of money and had a wonderful experience of buying stuff. I highly recommend this for anyone building green or wanting to make a difference with the world. As the profits from Re-Store go to Habitat for Humanity building houses all over the world for people that are on low income or homeless, even in disaster situations

    Answer from pro:

Thanks for the great review. It's true, we build all over the world and even in our own backyard! We are currently building for local families in Burnaby. Hope to see you again in the store soon! :)

    Material

Great availability of ALL materials for renovations. Different stuff every week, it;s like a candy store! Seasonal items as well. Vancouver's best kept secret! And at 1/2 price of retail.

    Answer from pro:

You got it! We're 50-80% off retail. Hope you come and visit us again soon. :)

    Need a custom desktop surface

I went to Restore to find some material that I could use to build a custom desktop. Found the perfect thing - old IKEA desktops that I could cut down to perfect size I needed. It also came with these great metallic silver legs (including the hardware!) which I was able to make into a kitchen table for another project. I like to give them my excess building materials I have as well. They always appreciate this because the proceeds go to such a good cause. Great stuff there!!! :)

    Answer from pro:

A DIY paradise! We'd love to see pics of your custom made desktop! Hope you think of us when you encounter your next DIY project.

    Fence stain & rollers

I purchased 3 litres of a name brand stain, enough for my entire fence for half the price of a big box store and a bag of 10 professional roller sleeves. You can't beat a deal like that.

Glad you found what you were looking for. It's true, the deals are hard to beat! Please come and visit us again soon.
