Mike came on time & cleared the blocked kitchen drain quickly & efficiently, & also offered useful tips on how to prevent it from getting clogged again. Would recommend highly.

Quick response within 2 hours. Onsite for 45 min provided good information on DIY products and thoroughly cleaned 18' of drain. Matthew was very pleasant and explained the equipment used.

Jordan, new to Roto Rooter, was respectful maintained his distance and wore appropriate PPE, was efficient in working the issue, assessing next steps, clear on pricing and fast follow up. Our main drain in the laundry room kept backing up every time someone flushed the toilet. After trying to use a small snake ourselves without success, we decided to call Roto Rooter. Using the camera, Jordan was able to see that the blockage was solely at the point of intersection between our clay pipes and the pvc pipes that they had installed four years ago when we put in a back water valve. It was a quick and easy fix, a bit pricey, but at least we know what the problem is! Jordan explained everything very clearly and went about his work professionally.

I called Roto-Rooter for a back-up problem I just found. It took a while to get a service technician over the house and well beyond their initial promised window, even after multiple calls. The technician they sent, Mike K. was great though. He did a good job and explained everything thoroughly as well. The rating of 4 stars is really a 2-3 star for the office and a 5 start for the technician. Heads up, they aren't cheap though.
