After being told by 2 different companies that we could not have the front door that we wanted, along came Isreal and said Yes, we can do this. He also gave us a better price than what we were quoted by the others. The installers were punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job. My neighbours have all commented on how beautiful the front entrance looks. Thank you Isreal for your suggestions and being able to help us create the front entrance that we wanted.

We are very pleased with the sunroom. Looks great and the installation was done by experienced workers. Although a small misorder on the roof configuration was done, they were able to retrofix a solution to allow me to install an overhead light. It was a pleasure to hire you guys. John

We had to replace 10+ windows, some ancient. Rusco's prices were very competitive given the quality of the windows. Israel even offered to add casing around windows we didn't replace for free. Though there were admittedly some minor issues re: installation, Israel took care of them pronto. In the end, we were very happy with results. We can definitely see and feel the difference re: quality of windows, esp. compared to those we didn't replace. Very satisfied with work and product.

We recently installed Rusco Garden Doors and we are very pleased with them. They are functional and are a great improvement to our condo. All our visitors comment on how beautiful they are. Ted Kraenzle

I am sending a brief note to let you know how pleased I am with the service you provide. In the 70's we had a storm door installed by Rusco. We had it for over 30 years and it served us very well. I recently had a new porch put on and decided on a new storm door as well. I called Rusco. The salesman, Mr. Reinberg came at the time promised. At my request he helped me choose the colour. He said the door would be ready to be installed within 2 to 3 weeks. It was ready within 2 weeks and was fitted perfectly by the installer who had measured of course beforehand. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for my neighbor had paid over $300.00 more for a door from a 'big box' store. I don't usually right letters of this ilk but felt I should as a thank you. The service was A1 the price was good and the product is of high quality. I would heartily recommend Rusco as a first class establishment with which to do business. Sincerley Norma McKeown

We are very satisfied with our 22' x 11' carport from Rusco. Israel was helpful with the design and fair on the pricing. He and his installers were familiar with the building code and made sure the car port installation adhered to the building code so there would be no future ramifications from the municipality. The installers were very experienced and built a structurally sound car port. Jeff and his partner were courteous and cooperative to deal with. Israel followed up with a visit and final inspection of the job. The original idea for the car port was to protect the convertible in the summer and the daily driving car in the winter. Our hope was to get the best possible practical structure that didn't detract too much from the appearance of the house. We have been pleasantly surprised by the number of positive comments from neighbours and friends as to how aesthetically pleasing the car port looks and actually enhances the appearance of the house. We wouldn't hesitate using Rusco for any future structures or recommending them to others.

We enclosed our back deck and the product was excellent. Their expertise and assistance was exceptional. The product exceeded our expectations and many of our neighbors have complimented us on how well it looks.

We just puchased an awning for our trailor up north. we had done some shopping to see which company wa the better one. We found that we could get it through Rusco faster and cheaper then many other companys. they were friendly and efficient.

The door lites that I ordered were installed professionally by a nice elderly gentlemen. He came over earlier to take accurate measurements of the doors , transom and my daughters broken window . Everything fit nicely on the day of installation and my front door made by ODL now adds a beautiful look to the neighbourhhod. Everyone at Rusco were pleasant over the phone and returned phone calls promptly. Definitely recommend them.

Rusco Distributors were very easy to work with in the planning stages of the project and the design was completed via PDF sketches sent in emails saving us time and allowing a quick turnaround of the design and quote. They had a good selection of options and were willing to customise to suit our needs including adding "sky lights" to the roof to make it brighter, which no one else seemed to offer. The only problem was that the rip out of the old porch roof was done too early resulting in many weeks of having to catch rain water in large buckets to avoid water getting into my basement. When the parts were ready, installation was quick and very well done. My input and requests were acknowledged and implemented. Jerry took the time to do a nice job and cleaned up every night after he was finished working. Final price was actually lower than original contract price since installation was less complicated than originally thought. Very nice surprise in this day and age that Rusco was honest enough to reduce the final charge. I am getting more work done by Rusco and would highly recommend them to others
