We developed a foundation leak that had rainwater pouring into the basement. Joe and his team were quick, professional, and respectful of our schedules. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Sandgate renovated our bathroom. They thought of everything during the process so nothing was missed. The finished product was beautiful. We would definitely hire them again.

Joe was wonderful to work with again in figuring out the design of our main floor and kitchen reno. He was great with our suggestions and very responsive to all of our questions. Matt and Kyle were courteous, professional and did all the work with the utmost of care to our home (and our dog). This is our 5th renovation with Sandgate and we could not be more pleased with the process and the end result.

We had an amazing experience working with Sandgate construction on our kitchen renovation project. This was our first renovation project and we didnt have the know how on the kitchen designs and how all the different components fit together. Staying within the budget was also a big priority for us. Todd gave us great ideas, helping us make sure we get cabinets in the right measurements along with giving suggestions that helped us stay in our project budget. Right from day one Mike and Todd were going above and beyond to make sure that the project was done in a timely manner. They did an impeccable job in the whole renovation, making sure that the kitchen and the work area was clean once the job was done.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Sandgate. We knew right out of the gate we wanted to work with Joe and his team from the day we met him. This was our first home renovation ever and we were very nervous but Joe was communicative every step of the planning process and his contractors, Matt and Mike, were efficient and able to answer any questions we had throughout. Our renovation turned out better than we could have imagined and - bonus points - our three large, friendly dogs could not have been happier to see their new friends every day. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing a home renovation but especially pet parents if you want a company that will not only respect your animals but happily interact with them while they are in your home. We will be using Sandgate for any and all home renovation projects in our future and so should you!

As an Interior Designer, I've worked with Sandgate on a few Projects, and now I put my entire trust in them to take on this Main Floor Renovation Project in my own house, and it was completed perfectly. Their Construction Team is absolutely the best. They show up on time and are very respectful of their surroundings especially when we were still living in our home during construction and have a dog too. They are highly skilled carpenters who are incredibly creative and knowledgeable which makes working with them a pleasure, and they come up with real practical solutions when issues arise without skipping a beat. They are very organized with all their invoicing/paperwork. They were on-schedule and on-budget which is a must especially in today's crazy world which really took the pressure off our shoulders. A big thanks to Todd, Joe and their incredible Crew in turning our house into an amazing new home. We would highly recommend Sandgate Construction for all your renovation needs.
