The service at scandesign was exceptional along with the products they had to offer. The tables and sofas were good looking and reasonably priced for the quality. After we placed our order the order arrived on time and the staff were helpful through the entire process.

Don't get me wrong. The store has good looking furniture and that's why I bought a few pieces for living room (all in stock) then, more for bedroom (this time, not in stock), and my nightmare began. A promised 6-8 weeks delivery (US to Canada) became 8-12, then I had to wait even more. The sales lady who was so very nice and helpful when I placed the order turn out was only nice to me to the point my credit card is charged for the deposit. To add to our frustration, the store did not seem to have a way of tracking orders correctly. One day we would be told the shipment was already at the border, and we should be getting delivery calls the next week; a few days later when I call to follow up, only to be told the piece was not even shipped yet. The last time I called, we were told the shipment was already in Washington State but it was not until 17 days later, we finally got our furniture delivered. Throughout the whole thing, the sales person did not even once said sorry. Not impressed.

ScanDesigns offers high quality furniture that lasts much longer than anything you can get at a low-cost big box store. My parents had a couch for 11 years, passed it on to me, and I used it for 7 years. Now I just sold it for a good price as it still looks new and modern. Their designs are great.

Our sofa lost its shape in one month. I called to complain over one month and could not reach anybody. At the end was told that they can not help me. Our sofa looks terrible in 2 years and we are not able to sit on it comfortabelly. This product was not good, but they did not help with the problem.

I am thier customer since 2002 and I almost bought all my furniture from them. I am happy with their service and product, they are helpfull and prompt and I like dealing with them.

I was trying to find furniture for my basement and wnated immediate delivery of the furniture. Scan Design was so amazing and helpful, I found three items on their floor betwwen two locations and they went above and beyond to make sure I could get these items on my time line and help coordinate independant delivery to meet my needs. Excellent style and excellent service!!

We looked for a leather couch and loveseat for 3 months. We finally found exactly the color and style at Scan Designs in Coquitlam. Excellent advice and products on how to keep the leather looking good. We've had the couches for 3 yrs now and are going back there this yr to get some chairs. I found their prices excellent as our sofa style was being discontinued and as they were floor models they gave us a good deal.

Scan Design has quality furniture and an excellent price range as well as first class service. The have convenient delivery schedules and excellent assembly and clean-up movers.

We are repeat customers as we like their style of furniture. It is always one of the stores we check when looking for a new piece of furniture. Used a lot of their stuff when we down-sized to a condo from a house. Seven years ago they were one of the few stores carrying smaller sized furniture.
