We bought a mattress from the shop and decided we didn't like the softness of it, so we returned it with no hassle. We must have changed our mattress three times and they were just as efficient with the first as the third! Very high quality of service.

Purchased a Tempur-Pedic king size bed from Sleep Country. There prices were much better then other places I checked and the delivery was great. They were on time, took it to my 3rd floor loft, unpacked and set it up. Nothing bad to say about them like other people on this site but I have yet to try to return anything.

My Mattress at home was getting old. I went to sleep mattress and I was not sure what kind of mattress to get. Our sales reps explained what each mattress is good for and helped me to choose the right one for me. ( I chose the firm mattress) I have good night sleep and I dont wake up with back pains.

We bought two mattress sets. One for our room and one for the guest bedroom. Our King Size mattress had a defect. We called sleep country, and they replaced immediately with no fuss. It was great to deal with a company that stands behind their product. We are very satisfied with the replacement mattress, and with the guest room set, which has been taken over by one of the kids who preferred it to the set they had.

After landing in a new country, we had disturbed sleep for a long time. Then we decided to buy matress from sleep country the problem was solved and getting up happily from the bed. I am recommending to my clients. Thanks SLEEP COUNTRY.

Their ten years warranty is like this: if the matress sags for 1 and a half inches (when you're not on it) they exchange it for you. We got a Simmons matress ($2000 worth) and it lost its form in a few months. We lost our sleep, lots of back pain, etc. etc. We have been sleeping on a few hundred dollar futon for months with no problem. Sleep country won't take it back because it doesn't meet the conditions (it didn't sag enough!!). Can you imagine a mattress without a pillow top sagging 1 1/2 inches? It would cripple the heck out of you. So warranty stuff is a joke. I suggest go get a cheap mattress from any other store, use until it deforms, throw that and go get another one. These expensive mattresses are so not worth it.

THE SALES PEOPLE AT THIS STORE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ABLE TO ASSIST US WITH THE CHOICE OF MATTRESS AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR CHOICE.

excellent after delivery service - delivered when promised. Had a problem with the remote and upon calling correct advise was given over the phone to correct the problem. We now sleep like babies everynight.

It was actually at the location @ Wanless & Highway 10 (Hurontario) but it wasn't listed here. My husband and I had tried the bed at a Home Show and didn't purchase at the time. Went to the location at Wanless & Highway 10 (Hurontario) and got information from Mike Stuart. Went back this week and purchased, with delivery for next week. Mike was exceptional to deal with.

Bought a mattress from Sleep Country and had excellent service in the delivery. They called and told me when they would arrive and were right on time. Delivered the mattress, set in up and took old mattress away. Would highly recommend.
