I am happy with my new roof. Smart roofing was very professional overall. The crew was experienced, thoughtful detailed and quick. Jerry answered my questions to my satisfaction and everything he said that was going to be done was done.

Smart roofing did a nice job giving our house a face lift. Would recommend as never felt pressured with the sales or service. Mario was informative and managed the project very well.

After the terrible wind storms in November 2014 I lost a large portion of the shingles on my roof. I called Bob Morgan and he was there the next day to take a look at the damage and provide me with a quote for the roof replacement. It was very reasonable and Bob was very thoughtful and clear in his explanation of types of shingles and all the other information that was relevant to replacing my roof. I appreciated the time he took to go over all the options and provide me with the best possible solution for my roofing needs. I was extremely impressed with the timeliness of the Bob and his team doing the work - keeping in mind there we many damaged roofs at that time and it was the end of November - the Smart Roofing team was there in less than a week and the job was completed in a couple of days. The workers were courteous, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Smart Roofing, and thanks to Bob and the team at Smart Roofing, I now have the peace of mind that comes with an excellent roof.

Our roof and eaves were replaced earlier this year by Smart Roofing. Bob Morgan was very knowledgeable about our venting needs.The job was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up after themselves. During the job,senior staff came by to ensure that everything was going well.

Great job done with no complaints or any hassles. The guys came on time, got the job done quickly and left our property as clean as it was before. The price was very reasonable which topped it all off and even our neighbours were very impressed.

I highly recommend Smart Roofing after they repaired the leaks and also replaced the entire roof, it has been two months since the job has been completed and there are absolutely no problems. We were worried about the leaks worsening but they took our estimates and scheduled an appointment quickly. Additionally, the workers were very professional and knowledgable and unlike a lot of other companies I have heard about, Smart Roofing did not leave any mess behind and were on time. Overall, I have been very pleased and satisfied and would recommend Smart Roofing to anyone.

After windstorm before winter, roof tiles were damaged and scattered. Smart roofing gave me a new roof at a reasonable price before the snow fell to keep my mind at ease. Good job, no problems, quick and clean. Would recommend.

We needed to have the shingles replaced on our roof as the existing shingles were deteriorating at a rapid rate. Trying to do the right thing we had three reputable companies provide us with quotes. All three companies provided detailed quotes but two of them over exceeded our requirements. Jerry from Smart Roofing provided us with all the information and good recommendations to meet our needs. Once everything was decided everything just fell in to place. The installation crew, led by Luis, did a terrific job. They were hard working, polite and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. The follow up from Jerry was excellent and appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Roofing.

Mario and his team did a fantastic job on my flat roof, as well as the regular roof. Insulation was also replaced. Mario and his team were very prompt, courteous and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Smart Roofing.
