We called a couple of other places first and even had one company come out to give us a quote but none of them ever got back to us. Then it was around that time that we saw Square Footage's truck with their logo and decided to use them for our bathroom renovations. The price was more expensive than what we intended to spend, but saying that we were really pleased with their service. They gave us a timeline and stuck with it (as opposed to other companies that give you a timeline and then take months to finish the job). They were really good and I've already recommended them.

I received a personal recommendation for Square Footage from someone that knew John & Frankie, and I've known them for quite some time now. They renovated my kitchen, did all the redesign work, installations, and finishing. They also did the same type of work in my bathrooms. Frankie was instramental in the interior design for all the other rooms in my condo. She knew all the best places to shop for items and has a great sense of style. Frankie & John are a great team to work with. Their experience led to an overall easy process. The workmanship was exceptional and done on schedule. I'm so happy with the result and love how my condo looks and the compliments I receive for it. I've already recommended Square Footage to other people who have also used their services .

We were so pleased with our new kitchen we called Frankie when we decided to renovate our master bath. As we were leaving the country for several months we arranged for the project to be completed during that time. Frankie is very creative with an eye for the unusual. Each of her projects are original and unique, not cookie cutter as some designers can be. The work was of the highest quality and completed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Frankie and her staff to any one who wants to renovate their bath or kitchen.

Square Footage provides fantastic service & selection. We decided to renovate our kitchen before putting our home on the market. Frankie has an eye for design ~ creating aesthetically pleasing kitchens that make efficient use of space. John is always calm and walks you through what can be a stressful experience. The job was done on time and on budget, and looks beautiful. The house sold easily because of the kitchen.

Frankie Castro, Designer and co-owner of Square Footage created a brilliant kitchen and main floor design that opened and beautified my main floor Leaside home with sophisticated and elegant charm. Surprise discoveries of knob and tube wiring were quickly resolved and the project was completed on time.

Square Footage have, on two occasions, done renovations for us. The first time was a smaller job but the second involved re-building the entire first floor of the older home we purchased on Buckhorn Lake. We were prepared to use local contractors because of logistics but Frankie and John would not hear of it. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but worked out the traveling, etc., all within the time frame required. I firmly believe that Square Footage will do anything it takes to get the job done and done well. We would recommend Square Footage to anyone looking for an energetic, modern and conscientious company to make their home beautiful.

I'm an electrical contractor and have worked with Square Footage for some time now. I can tell a quality contractor when I see one and these guys are definitely that. They are very easy to work with, very personable and their craftmanship is of the highest standard. They have turned over some extraordinary kitchens and both design and installation team do a fantastic job. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a kitchen, bathroom or other renovation to most certainly consider Square Footage for the task.

My fiance and I are passionate cooks and love to entertain. So when we purchased our first house, Frankie was extremely helpful in taking what was important to us and putting it into a functional kitchen for two cooks. She informed us that the builder kitchen was impractical and too expensive to try and personalize and that it made more sense for us to remove it and do it right. We were totally onboard! It was the best decision we ever made because now, we have a gorgeous kitchen. We picked out every element together as a collective group - the slate backsplash, the soapstone countertop, and the maple cabinets. With Frankie's eye for detail and Johnny's quick hands, we got our kitchen done in time for Christmas. We've had some touch-ups afterwards,but they're more than willing to come back and fix the minor details.
