    leather dining room parson chairs

    I had initially chosen a budget-priced chair. while good value, after having them at home I was not happy with the quality (as usual, you get what you pay for). Peter and Christina were quick to offer me the full amount of my payment toward upgraded chairs, including the same promotional discount that I had received on my initial purchase. In the end, I have a high-quality product that I am very pleased with. They (especially Christine) went out of their way to make sure I was happy.....which I am.

    Custom-made (by Mennonite) TV console, coffee table

    The Mennonite furniture we purchased through Sterling House Interiors is magnificent. We ordered a custom-made TV console, a very large, complex coffee table and side tables. We waited a little longer than expected but the quality and the superb workmanship, attention to detail was more than we had hoped. The staff at Sterling (specifically Cristina) was extremely helpful in assisting with the design. We would recommend Sterling House to everyone.

    Bedroom Set

    Excellent company to deal with. Very friendly manager and helpful staff. I purchased a BG Furniture bedroom set and am very happy with my entire experience. From start to finish these guys were great to deal with and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Keep up the great work guys and I will be back for my dining room suite in a few months.

    Excellent Service!

    I was looking for a new sofa set for quite some time until a friend of mine recommended I check out Sterling House. I'm very glad I did! The selection they have is very modern and classic and was just what I needed at a reasonable price. Service was excellent! They made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Cindy C.

    Mennonite Bedroom set

    I read some negative reviews about the delay in delivery, I just wanted to mention a lot of their furniture is canadian made which is very rare to find in furniture stores now a days. When furniture is being custom built it does take time, its not like taking a bedroom set out of a warehouse and you receive it in a few days (theres many stores like that but this is not one of them). I received my mennonite built bedroom set..sure i waited 12 weeks but it was worth the wait, this is a set i will have forever ! I love it ! I went back and ordered a mennonite custom tv stand, i will be waiting a while buts its ok because in the end i know i will be 100% happy. By the way the drivers are great too !

    Office furniture

    The most unpleasant shopping experience ever. Very nice service until deal in done. We ordered our furniture in November and we haven't received it yet (March 14). The promised date of the delivery was January 15. We need a new dining table and a bedroom set but we will be avoiding Sterling House by all means.

    Formal Dining Table and Buffet

    Sweet talker, bad after service, extremely long wait time. Full of empty promises. Who in their right mind delivers furniture 2 hours before midnight. Table top slightly damaged, but no big deal. Edges slightly damaged, but no big deal it's just money.

    This customer was treated like a friend so for him to post a negative review is absolutely incredible!!! In regards to extremely long wait!?! They were promised 4-6 weeks and he received in 5 WEEKS! We received their dining room set on a Friday at our warehouse and our delivery department called to schedule a delivery time but his wife Nina was ADAMANT about having delivery that same night as they had a party on Saturday. Our delivery department explained that we are already booked solid for that day and could get them on for the following day! She said that she HAD TO HAVE THAT NIGHT no matter what! Our delivery department called us and asked what they should do and I told them that both Bob and Nina are great people so please fit them in for that night no matter what. So we fit them in as a last minute add-on. At 9pm our drivers called them and explained they had just finished their last regularly scheduled delivery and asked if they still wanted them to come that night or should they come Saturday morning. Both Bob and Nina INSISTED that they still come that night no matter HOW LATE!?! So for Bob to put down "Who in their right mind delivers furniture 2 hours before midnight" is strange because HE IS THE PERSON THAT WANTED DELIVERY 2 HOURS BEFORE MIDNIGHT!! In regards to the edges being damaged...I sent our service tech out the next day to do touch-ups and Bob was VERY happy according to the service tech! I feel as a store we went above and beyond to help get these guys get their set on time and to get a negative review very disheartening.

    Receiving service from manager

    Bought some tables from Sterling and when I had some delivery concerns but the Manager was very helpful in resolving the issues. Their delivery service was fine in the end and I have received all my furninture

    I feel that as a store we tried everything to satisfy this customer who's name is Peter NOT John. I really think there should be some sort of control on Homestars part . As this customer did purchase from us but did not buy $3200 worth of furniture. He purchased a single $299 coffee table. The coffee table missed our Ashley truck for Christmas and I advised Peter Glarentzos (John) that unfortunately he would have to wait until our next truck in January. At this point I offered him a full refund if he wasn't willing to wait or he could borrow a coffee table until his came in. He said that he was "ok and could wait". When the table arrived in January, I personally delivered the coffee table to his residence in the Beaches (approx. 1 hour drive). As a retail store we pride ourselves on making EVERY customer happy. I realize we can't win them all but we honestly do try our best. These kind of reviews are upsetting especially after John (Peter Glarentzos) promised to have his review removed after I delivered his coffee table. I really wish there was a Homestars where we can rate customers :)

    Sectional Sofa

    Highly recommend Sterling interior for all your home furnishing purchases. We shopped around for months to find the best suited sectional for our new home and happened to walk into Sterling one day. We where very impressed with the friendly customer service from the minute we walked in. Peter was absolutely patient with helping us find the right sectional and kid friendly fabric. We shopped around and he gave us by far the BEST price around! Now, we are in the process of purchasing kitchen tables, lighting and accent chair from Peter. Peter said our sofa would take 6-8 weeks but was ready by the 5th week ... this is what happens when ordering from Canadian local manufactures. I've referred many friends and will continue too! Thanks for all your help Peter! Can't wait to finish the rest of the house!

    Howard Miller Bar

    This is my second purchase from Sterling House Interiors and again i am a very happy camper. Not only did i get the best price in town for this bar but the service still amazes me, these guys really do care about there customers. They sent 4 strapping guys to put this bar into my basement. I will be back again guys ! you can bet on it !!
