He replaced the hardware inside the tank, then a few hours later the tank cracked and broke in half from the an overtightened overflow or fill valve. They said it was normal wear and tear, refused to comp me, and I had to pay them to install a whole new tank!

Great company and very easy to deal with. They are honest and lead you in the right direction when selecting a new water tank based on your family and your needs.

It was small job but we were definitely impressed with the service. As always we called around different plumbers because we wanted someone to come over as soon as possible. Toilet was clogged and overflowing, a bit of a disaster. Out of all the plumber we called, Stevens Plumbing were the only ones who came on the same day and even gave us a follow up call after the job was done to make sure everything was fine. Small job but sure made a big difference.

We needed to reconstruct the old master bathroom in our North Shore house. Since we had previously used Stevens Plumbing & Heating (or SPH as it is referred to online) with great success at two of our Greater Vancouver properties, we wanted a plumbing contractor who would stick to the ballpark price, within the allotted time-frame. Not only did they interact with the electricians and building contractor exceptionally well, Stevens completed the work on budget and on time; something we've never been satisfied about with other North Shore plumbing companies that we've tried in the past. It's not often that I can make the time to comment about such things, but I do so now because I've noticed other comments elsewhere that reflect similar acknowledgement of Stevens Plumbing. As another commentator stated, they are, indeed, "Highly recommended!" and we echo that statement for a job well done!
