I have found their range of product very deep. Their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and bends over backwards to help. Their deliver people are the best. This is one of the few large stores that I have found that treats it's customers the way people dream of being dealt with.

Despite loving the furniture, I had one club chair leg split down the centre. The leg is part of the frame so you can't just screw it off. Unfortunately, it's over a year so they won't do anything for me. Very disaapointing.

We warned the SCF decorator (?salesperson) we were NOT great at visulaizing finished look and were really relying on her expert advice. She advised fabric selection. I questioned several times before submitting the order- Are you SURE these go together? She insisted it did. When it arrived, it did not look good. Eveyone who saw it agreed. We eventually hired a decorator to help us pull it together and she was emphatic that it was a poor combination. The furniture eventually had to be returned because it had construction problems. They refused to do anything to change fabric to something that went together even though I agreed to PAY FOR new fabric. When my husband said to the sales manager "So it doesn't really matter to you if we're happy with the product?", he actually said "No, that's not our problem." Caution - take a decorator you trust with you because if you are unhappy with their advice, they won't back it up.

I have purchased furniture from Stoney Creek Furniture, several times, over the years. From the salesman, to the delivery staff, and the service personal...they took care of us every step of the way. They always make sure we are 100 percent satisfied.

The customer service rep was very helpful and informative on our product (bedroom set). However we did wait 6 whole weeks to receive the set. The price of the set was VERY fair and they threw in an ottoman (it was very nice). When we received delivery there were 3 delivery men who did a fantastic job in putting the set together and explained its features. Overall, great job, great service and price. (even though we waited a long time for delivery)

I bought leather furniture from this retailer--a couch and a loveseat. I looked and looked for a specific colour I wanted--I looked there and they have a great selection of all leather furniture and I found my tobacco coloured sofa and loveseat easily. Most of the salespeople there are so knowlegeable about decor, and so helpful, the woman who helped me was not at all pushy but really eager to explain things to me so I could easily make my choice. I thought the price was the best for the value I received, and I looked around quite a bit! They delivered on time, the staff who moved the furniture in were very helpful and considerate--very pleasant to deal with.
