Jon and Mike are a great crew. They were reasonably priced for the work that they did for us and they met their specified time frames for completion. For the job we requested, Jon requested for a 50% deposit upfront which was reasonable and expected. I found them great to work with - Jon was prompt on the phone (if not, he would return my voicemail promptly). Mike is extremely strong and works diligently. I would highly recommend them for drain tiles replacement, they are easy to work with, they get the job done without any hassles or over-the-top suggestions. In addition, they advised us what would be impacted before they started to dig around our place, whether or not plants were to be removed and in our case, rose bushes were restored and are still alive and well but we had to remove our old brick flower bed (which was fine by us!). Got Michael to come in to unclog our kitchen sink. He was effective, courteous, patient, and gets the job done quickly. Cleaned up the work area well. The costs was reasonable and the services were prompt - we highly recommend!

John came over quick and provided excellent quality service. He scheduled an appointment the next business day and was in and out within just over an hour. He was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that all my pipes for plumbing were tight and secure. He quoted me at the beginning of the job and stuck with the quote. I was very pleased with the service provided by Super Rooter and the more than reasonable price. Their flat rate for the job was about 1/3 of the first-hour cost of other companies I called for a quote, and those companies charged for additional hours. Their flat rate is also the same for evenings and weekends. They were able to respond to my call within an acceptable time frame and provided expert, efficient service. Michael was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and had the roots cleared with his super heavy duty machine in less than half an hour. When we have rented rooter machines from hardware stores the job has taken an hour or more and apparently those rental machines aren't even meant for roots in sewer pipes - they are light duty for clogs in sinks and household pipes. No wonder! Yet the cost of using Super Rooter wasn't much more than doing it ourselves and you save lots of time by leaving it to this expert company. We also got a three-month guarantee on the job done. They do all kinds of work related to plumbing and drainage so I would call them first for any such job. I highly recommend Super Rooter!

I had a clogged sewer line that was causing water to come back up my toilet and bathtub. After an unsuccessful evening trying to snake it myself, I called Super Rooter and Michael came first thing in the morning. He was punctual, friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. It took just over an hour to snake it and clean up even though he had to remove the toilet. Price was better than a couple other places quoted and comes with a 30 day warranty. Highly recommended.

My daughter got a large plastic pencil sharpener jammed in the toilet. I got a toilet auger but could not clear it. Called Super Rooter and Michael was here within 2 hours. Brought an industrial auger and cleared the really stubborn blockage in about 15 minutes. Great response and service. I will be happy to use them again. They have a standard rate of 95 dollars to clear a toilet, or 110 dollars if they need to remove the toilet from the floor.

City inspections can be a very scary and costly experience. The City started to implement a sewer separation program to be environmentally clean. I was informed by the City that my sanitary fixtures were draining into the storm line when they should be going into the sanitary line. Fortunately, I chose right when I called Super Rooter. Not only were they the fastest to provide me with a fair quote, but they took the time to thoroughly explain what was required to pass inspection. The job took 3 days as predicted by Super Rooter, however, the City kept delaying the completion by complaining about 3 UNRELATED "problems"; one problem per day to equal 3 more days before the final inspection and pass. Super Rooter did more work than their initial estimate/quote (based on the City's initial assessment) to satisfy the City. Super Rooter did not increase my cost. To me, what made Super Rooter stand out was that they were honest, reliable and worked very hard to alleviate all the pressures that come with passing a City inspection. It was obvious that they were there to help and support me. They have a fund of knowledge in plumbing and I trust them with all my plumbing problems. They are my "go-to-guys" now. I was very lucky to have found them and will never let them go. Thank you, you are the best !

John sent his wonderful, hard-working nephew, Michael, to remedy our overflowing-laundry-tub situation. We have a very old septic tank thru which the now-connected sewer line still runs. Michael determined that the blockage was on the 'in' side of the tank, and set-to attempting to remove the cover on the ancient cast iron clean-out. Having probably never been used in its 102-yr-old history, the cover refused to budge easily, but Michael persisted. After much hard work with the rooter, the tub drain started to flow. The next day, the problem was back. The weekend had arrived, and I resisted bothering Michael. When he promptly returned on the Monday morning, he said I should've called... "We worked all weekend." So, the snake went down the hole again. Eventually, the tub emptied quickly, but the snake got stuck on its way out. Michael called John, and the 2 of them pulled it out. The work was guaranteed, so there was no charge for the return service. And friendly! These guys deserve kudos.
