Do you ever find yourself dreading hiring trades? I cringe. recently I used homestars because my basement started to flood in heavy rains. Call another 10/10 Homestars company first and response was the normal BS, 'I might be able to come out and look next wk, it will be $400+ to use the camera to find the problem, just take your drain pipes off for now'---ugghh. Called John at Super Rooter next, " I'll be there this afternoon". He put a valve in same day to help control the flooding temporarily. Then came out and did a complete flush and cleanse of the drain tile/sump (for $50 more than the other guy wanted to 'scope' the problem). Then it got better. The problem happened again on a Sunday night at 7pm. I called thinking 'no way they answer'. Not only did they answer, there were out in 20mins, worked for 3 hrs. The charge. Nothing. "we warranty our work". This experience prompted my first Homestars review. I've since recommended two friends in less than a wk. If you're look for a git r done company this is it. They will get all the work for my future plumbing needs and likely that of my family and friends.

AMAZING SERVICE @ 11pm - We had waste flooding our basement suite from a blocked pipe. Michael arrived within 35mins, was extremely friendly, courteous, considerate about limiting any further damage and offered advice on ways to avoid future issues. But most surprising was not being charged out of hours fees. After previous experiences at double the cost, we cannot recommend Super Rooter highly enough.

I chose this company because of the reviews here and I'm glad I did. John gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to that price, despite running into a few bumps along the way. It was supposed to be a routine dishwasher installation but I learned the hard way that my kitchen has a few hidden gems that have slowed me down on past projects. He was very professional and explained where he was having problems when he encountered them I'm sure this whole thing took a bit longer than he expected but he still stuck to his original quote. I will be recommending John to any friends and family in the area who need help.

The technician, Michael, was able to come within an hour of my panicked Thanksgiving weekend Friday evening phone call to help us with the back-up sewer lines that were causing water to fill the basement bathroom's tub. Michael was professional, helpful, and friendly as he took his time answering our questions and completing the job. I was worried that the cost would include a premium for the urgent request made on the holiday weekend, but it was the same price they would normally charge and very reasonable for the work/service they provide! I would definitely use this company in the future, as well as recommend them to any friends + family :)

We had a leaking toilet and find Super Rooter in the internet. I called John, and he tried his best to help us in a timely manner. He is very helpful and honest. Not only he fixed the leaking toilet, he also repaired other parts of the toilet. The job was well done and the cost he charged is very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him to our friends. I had a clogged main drain and water would drain out in the toilet, bathtub and had water backed up into bathtub. Called John in the morning and he was able to schedule in a time with me the very same day. He was right on time, did an amazing job, left my place the spotless after he was done. He was literally on his hands and knees scrubbing my bathroom floor! He also charged me for the job and not by the hour! Some places I've called before john, are quoting me $330 for the first hour and additional money depends on the plumber so there isn't a set rate? But john quoted me for less than half of the that and no additional charges after that except for the governments share. Would definitely keep him on my speed dial if any other plumbing emergencies come up!

John answered the call promptly and came out for the service the next day. His work is professional, tidy and efficient. The cost is exactly what he estimated on the phone and there is even a guarantee that goes along with the work that he has performed. I am very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

John, Michael and the rest of the team just finished replacing our clay drain tiles and sewer line and did an amazing job. Despite a lot of rain they were extremely efficient and hit the promised deadline. Highlights include: - Everything up to code - Very respectful of our neighbours (no heavy machinery and minimal noise) - Thorough with explaining what they were doing while they completed the job - Accommodating of our schedules - Extremely nice people and trust worthy

John responded quickly, and professionally to our ongoing clogged drain issue. He did not look to up-sell or over-quote. He assessed the clog, explained the problem, and took care of it. He took plenty of time to explain likely causes (laundry lint and garburator scraps) and preventative measures, and even sketched out a diagram to help me understand the system. I'd recommend Super Rooter to anyone. It's great to find honest and skilled service, at a decent price.

I found the drain at the foundation of my house flowing very slow, then I found John from this website. I gave him a call on Friday, he showed up the next day, looked at the problem, then gave me an estimate over the phone on Monday . I agreed with the price, he said he would come on Wednesday, but due to the heavy snow, he came the next day and got the drain moving. For this job, John deserves 10.
