    Money grabbers and horrible service

    We purchased over $45000 in applicances for a brand new home and also paid for installation. After Jay made his commission he completely ignored our calls and emails. We didnt get the fidge installed eventhough we paid for it. We even launched a complaint with their head office and they too have ignored us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can potentially end of in a loss of thousands of dollars. We are now contacting our credit card provider and dealing with them to get a refund.     Asking the appliances for quoatation

    We went to Lawrence and dufferin branch today August 4,2018 morning time.we got there and this Indian guy starts giving attitude so lazy to discuss and his not giving us the quotation because it's company's policy he said...really?..so frustrating..because of what happened I will never set foot in that place again nor recommend it to my friends.

    Worst Customer Service

    I ordered a higher end fridge with a special left swing door. The first time they delivered it was a right swing door, the second time they delivered the door was dented. I have been waiting since March for a replacement door and it is now the middle of June. Each call into customer service is getting me no help whatsoever and I am at my wits end. I would highly recommend that you not buy from the store. My salesman has been good and very apologetic, but TASCO customer service is simply are not delivering what I paid so much for. Very, very disappointing.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Don't buy from Tasco Very Poor Service - Terrible after sales support Misleading/Frustrating after sales support 2013 bought 4 appliances: Fridge, Stove, Over Range Microwave & Dishwasher our cost $8000 from Richmond Hill Store. The microwave inverter component blew up 3 times Oct 2015, Nov 2016 Dec 2017. No support from sales rep Vince who washed his hands of it and told us to call Comerco, & then Transglobal, etc - much frustration and long waits for service repairs each time - can you believe - the same part must breakdown 3 times before the appliance is replaced? After 3rd time, Comerco finally agreed to replace the original cost of $579 + taxes in a Tasco in store credit.(Dec 20 2017) On Jan 4, we went to the Richmond Hill Store to choose our replacement. We had to deal with Vince again. He spent 2 hours and tried several tactics & phone calls to reduce our replacement amount of $579 as agreed to by Comerco. 1. He tried to reduce the credit because we had 5 years of usage-with 3 blowups. 2. He tried to reclaim $100 in store rebate we had received at the time of the original purchase for $8,000. 3. Finally, he tells us we owe $381 to Tasco and we have to pay this if we want our new replacement microwave. Of the $381, $281 for delivery, installation & removal of a small appliance that we offered to take home ourselves - he refused. However, Comerco told us that some retailers don't charge , our luck Vince did. And Finally, $99 for an extended warranty we had to take from Tasco because it is not offered by Samsung. We experienced underhanded, sneaky, mean spirited service from a nasty sales rep. We ended up paying an additional $381 for a microwave for which we had been given a legitimate total credit from Comerco.     New appliances damaged

    Never buy from this company Tasco! Salesmen are slick! There is a reason you can only put 20% on your credit card and the rest by Internet banking, because they know you will be upset over lengthy delays and damaged goods when they arrive! After sales service does not come close to being professional.

    Fabulous service

    My experience with Michael Ross was amazing. He guided me through all the features of the induction ranges I was considering, he knew so many things about the models and the service levels of the manufacturers, he chased down favourable pricing for me, he provided advice on the value to me of aspects of the ranges, and he was exceedingly thorough in checking the dimensional specifications of the ranges so that I could determine if a particular model would fit. This last point was very important to me because I needed the range to fit in a bit of a strange location in my existing kitchen (it is on an angle in a corner). The level of service he provided to ensure there would be no errors in my selection was phenomenal. To top it off, he was consistently patient (regardless of my many requests) and pleasant to work with. Thank you Michael.

    Kitchen Renovation

    We are in the process of a full kitchen renovation. Ali of Tasco Appliances Pickering came highly recommended to assist us with appliance specifications and selection. We found that Ali paid special attention listening to our needs and wishes for our new appliances enabling him to make excellent recommendations and selection while keeping in mind quality and budget.     Disfunctional delivery service Poor after sales service

    Tasco failed to realize that the appliance delivery was going to be 1 range short. Went ahead anyway which resulted in a duplication of work to properly cover access floors in a condo with strict rules. Whilst our rep has repeatedly attempted to get “the powers that be” respond to his emails some weeks have passed without any word. Such a pity as simple changes to / reinforcement / training of good process could avoid this happening and wrecking the overall customer experience.

    Should have read the "0" reviews!!!

    Ordered a washer and dryer from Tasco. They promised to have it delivered on a Saturday but no one called and it was not delivered. I called them and they promised it would be there the following Saturday. I took the day off and again they did not show. I called head office and they told me that they could not guarantee a delivery time as the units I ordered were on back order. They said it could go on like this for months as they "sold" 118 units but only had 18 units in stock. Dissatisfied with that response I went back to the store for a return. It became abundantly clear to me that this was familiar game to them seeing that my salesperson didn't say a word to me except in asking for my credit card. He didn't even ask why I wanted a refund. He just wrote "NO STOCK". What kind of business are they running here when they sell units they don't have and never come through on delivery? I would never recommend this business to anyone. If I could give a negative numbered rating I would. Stay away. They people are not honorable. Buyer beware!

    Microwave

    Old microwave stopped working. Went to Tasco picked one and the price was right, we confirmed immediately with an online search. Installation was completed in a couple of days. Garbage removed from site all as promised. wigewas very happy. :-)
