Our chimney was crumbling and falling a part, so we are very glad to have found The chimney company in home stars. It was a pleasure to deal with Bill, and his team. Bill was a true professional who wes honest,helpful and courteous. We were very impressed with his attention to detail in both his initial inspection and final work and appreciated him taking the time time to explain the repair process and pointing out why our chimney had been crumbling. He also pointed out issues that needed to be addressed, like the lack of flashing around the chimney, and replacing old chalking around the brick. Bill even left us with a tube of chalking and explained how best to use it to protect the brick against future damage. Bill did an excellent job in completing the work and made sure the work site was completely cleaned up afterwards, in fact better then when he started. We are very satisfied with the quality of our new rebuilt chimney and it's new liner. We would highly recommend Bill and The Chimney Company for any future work.

Needed to have my chimney rebuilt in a short period of time since there were a number of lose bricks that were ready to fall. Called Bill and he was very responsive and returned my call that day. He was able to accommodate my schedule. His quote was detailed and he made the time to explain what was to be done, why it needed to be done and how it was to be done. That process alone gave me the confidence that he had the expertise in order to complete the job on time and ensure it was going to be done right the first time. On the day of the work was completed, he was on time and the workers ensured that any the surrounding areas would be protected from any damage. When the job was completed, you would not have know that Bill was there. The area was completely cleaned of any material. I looked up and I had a beautiful restored chimney that will last for years to come. Well Done Bill!

Our job was a bit more challenging then average but his ability to quickly come up with creative solutions to go above and beyond just solving the problem was exemplary of a true professional. It has been a pleasure dealing with Bill. I went out for bids to rebuild our chimney. His quote was the most detailed and unambiguous. He scheduled the work to start within a short period of time. The work started on schedule and was only interrupted by bad weather. He gave a lot of attention to detail and quality of work. He kept the work site very clean all the time. He also kept me apprised of his progress all along. All verbal and written commitments on his part were adhered to. He and his staff were very polite and courteous. It showed that they all cared about the job they were doing. Although there were a few extra things done that were not included in the quotation he decided not to charge me in material and labour for them.
