My chimney was crumbling and falling apart so I called around several places. So happy I found Bill and The Chimney Company. Bill and his team showed up on time, finished the work, and cleaned up as promised. They did an amazing job rebuilding the whole chimney. Also, they fixed an unrelated issue that wasn’t part of the job. Can’t say enough how honest and professional they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend Bill and his team.

I have hired services for many different things including kitchen work, deck/fencing, driveway. landscaping, etc. Of all of them, I can say without hesitation, that Bill's work was the cleanest, most honest, and best value of anyone I have ever hired. My neighbour even commented that by the time they came home, you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there doing any work because Bill left the area (which was on their driveway side) absolutely spotless. Bill gave me options, different price points and advised me on what his recommendation was. I had shopped around for chimney repairs, and Bill was not the cheapest or most expensive, but dealing with him and how he presented my options far surpassed my experience with the other companies...and most importantly, the work spoke for itself. I recommend Bill and The Chimney Company without hesitation...there is no need to shop around.

Found Bill's Chimney Company through Homestars and he come by to give us a competitive quote and scheduled us for a chimney rebuild the following month. A week later, I discovered that the top layer of crumbly bricks seem to have moved slightly and I was afraid it might fall off. Bill quickly rescheduled our rebuild to high priority and after a couple of days we have a brand new chimney. You'll get great communication from Bill, he always answers your phone calls, emails or text messages promptly. Very professional crew and great craftsmanship!

Bill and team were honest, hard working, clean (for a potentially mess job) and very personable. The team did great work and set expectations perfectly. If you need Chimney work I cannot see it getting better that The Chimney Co.

For the past a bitter long winter, our chimney has corrosion severely, it will collapse anytime, after Bill checked, he given me a very detailed quote, he put our chimney rebuilding job priority due to the situation,he showed us a very strong knowledge about this job,he was watching the weather every day for the job to ensure the chimney made in a good quality,not like another company said they can do the job as long as the temperature above -5 C,Bill did not want to the cement put on the below frozen mark,he doing the job in person with his crew on the date he promised,they worked very efficiency and the working area cleaned as before, their job was in top quality but the price is very reasonable and competitive, they are very friendly and professional, he also follow up after his job done, the treat his job like his own baby,I and my wife is very happy with the new beautiful chimney, we would definitely refer them to anyone who need chimney work.
