We got our old carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floors. The project took 3 days to complete, the two men assigned were polite and friendly, cleaned up everyday. When we walked into the house on the last day of work, we were pleasantly surprised to see a gift of hardwood cleaner left behind for us, besides clean, gleaming floors! Justin and Debbie were helpful and professional.

It was a pleasure to work with the team at The Floor Shop in Etobicoke for removal of old hardwood and laminate floors and installation of beautiful new oak throughout our main floor and stairs. The expertise and the products were top quality. No more squeaky, uneven floors. Thanks, Larry and team!

In 2015 The Floor Shop (Mississauga) supplied laminate flooring for my fathers condo renovation. I was so happy with the service and pricing that without question The Floor Shop supplied and installed the hardwood flooring throughout my house. They are professional, on time and skilled at their installations. I can't say enough about them, I have since referred them several times. I'm in a trade myself, so it's nice to see skilled installers take pride in their craftsmanship. Thank you The Floor Shop crew.

I hired the Floor Shop's Etobicoke Kingsway location to remove my existing Broadloom and install hardwood floor in my home upstairs which is quite expansive. My husband was concerned that we would not find a company who could meet our expectations - he was completely wrong. The Floor Shop performed an OUTSTANDING JOB! The installers - Thamas and team were on time, did a fantastic job installing the new hardwood floors and worked hard to exceed our expectations. They cleaned up extremely well from all the dust and we have had nothing but compliments on the floors. Larry the estimator did a wonderful job with project management. Thank you Floor Shop!

Eight years ago, The Floor Shop supplied and installed hardwood floors throughout my townhouse. They did an excellent job of preparing and installing the floors. I've had no problems whatsoever with the floors. I recently purchased a condo and are currently undergoing renovations. The Floor Shop supplied and installed engineered flooring throughout the condo. Again, the service from start to finish was excellent by everyone. Peter had to source a special attenuation material required for installation in the condo. The installers Bob and Richard were excellent. I would not hesitate recommending The Floor Shop to anyone.
