Andrew helped us pick the right product and suggested what is the perfect colour for our situation. Peter and the great staff at the Leaside location made our condo renovation project a lot less worrisome. From review of product, to the estimating / costing, scheduling, to the punctual and very efficient installation crew led by Bob, we were very impressed by the high level of service! If you are looking for an excellent company for your hardwood flooring needs, I would highly recommend The Floor Shop. Debbie, at the Mississauga location, managed the project and she was excellent. We have had them complete three different projects for us over the years and we have been extremely pleased each time. Timelines were adhered and the attention to detail was excellent.

I stumbled onto The Foor Shop accidentally and am very pleased with the results: The product knowledge and empathy demonstrated by the representative with whom we dealt as well as the clarity and explanation of his prompt in-home estimate were the key elements in our selecting The Floor Shop as the preferred contractor. We were looking for new engineered hardwood for approximately 800 sq ft in a new home we just purchased. We went to many different flooring retailers before settling on the Floor Shop (Wicksteed). The sales staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable - and came to the house to look at the job in order to be able to give us an accurate estimate. The real gem with the Floor Shop was the installation team led by Woytek. They showed up on time, were incredibly efficient, and kept us up to date on their progress. They budgeted 3-days for the job, and that is exactly how long it took. Most importantly, I was astounded by how the floors looked when they finished. They truly did a remarkable job installing the floors, and the finished product looks amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
