    Product came damaged - poor packaging

    I recently purchased the Torlys laiminate. Unfortunately, 5% of the product came damaged in the corners and where the grove is located. Torlys does not package their product well (ie: have extra cardboard at the corners and tongue). Also, their grove is extremely weak and prone to breakage. I am not sure how I can finish my home with the laminate when 5% of the product is damaged. Note: I bought extra laminate (5%) for odds and ends, but did not expect my contingency laminate to be all damaged. I do not recommend this product simply because of packaging issues.

    Torlys everest American cherry

    I have torlys everest American cherry floors I believe they are discontinued. Does torlys have another product that is similar in colour. Need to replace few damaged boards and I don't have any extra pieces, any recommendations? Ty

    Nosing doesnt match the vinyl plank colours

    Ordered Waverly in vinyl plank for floors upstairs and also my stairs. Loved the colour, however when the nosing arrived for the stairs it was a COMPLETELY different colour with pinky / taupe undertones and our contractor brought it to our attention fortunately. We double checked the boxes and yep, it said Waverly. I caution anyone getting their stairs done to check whether the nosing matches. We chose to get our contractor to use hardwood instead and stain it to match and he did a much better job. Absolutely ridiculous when you think about it.

    Living room and basement reonvation

    We had vinyl installed in the living room and laminate installed in the basement. Quality is Top Grade and service was outstanding - Torlys is easy to deal with and very professional. We have received many compliments from friends and family - and we tell them Go Torlys all the way- you wont regret it!

    Tory's Smart Floors

    This is the fourth project in which I have used Tory's flooring. The first was over 30 years ago and more recently install their cork flooring in a porch and have just completed my living/dining room with the SuperSolid 3. Their product is well manufactured, installs easily and best of all, looks great!

    Comfortable and easy to maintain

    We had Torly's Artisan Premiere Hardwood flooring installed in our main floor and loved it so much we had it installed in the bedrooms and hallways. It is so soft underfoot, I don't miss my carpet at all. The colour is warm and works with my both BM Natural Linen and Revere pewter (grey). We have a lot of traffic in our house, but we wash the floor with a vinegar water solution, and the floors look brand new 3 years later. My husband installed the floors, and he said it was easy to work with. It is environmentally friendly, renewable resource. You can't go wrong with Torly's products, I would highly recommend it.

    Full house reno

    We installed the Kerns Oak SuperSolid 5 throughout our entire house and absolutely love it. The colour was an amazing modern mix of grey and brown that changes in different lighting. It was super easy to install with the underlay, the variation in the boards gave the classic hardwood look that feels great under your feet

    Torlys vinyl plank flooring

    In just 4 short years some vinyl planks are now cracking and peeling. Called Torlys regional manager who said this has only happened once before and they will not cover this under warranty. A simple fix but they couldn’t be bothered.

    Brand new summer home with in-floor hearing and torly cork floor recommended

    We built a new home with in-floor heating. Florr company recommended Torly’s cork flooring. We love the look of it but the slightest move of furniture, the movement of a chair from the table and any marks are permanent (went to Torly dealer who gave us Torly cleaner and it does NOthing). We are only two adults and walk about looking at the floor with all its marks and smudges that cannot be removed. We are super careful and we cannot enjoy our new home because we have to constantly worry about the floor. We would NEVER EVER recommend this product. We are thinking that we will have to tear it up and replace.

    Floor reno

    I love my Torlys floors! We recently installed vinyl floors in our apartment and they look great! They were easy to install and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new floor option
