I had a great experience with Trademark. My design consultant recommended their services. Perry did the quote and they were able to book the job quickly. Steve did the work, He was very pleasant and he was very meticulous about the placement of the pot-lights downstairs and the lights in the bedrooms. They look beautiful, and the whole job was complete in one day!

I am impressed with the professionalism of this company and how patient and flexible they are. All work was done on time and within my budget so I do appreciate it and would recommend this company any time.

I found Trademark on Homestars and dealt with Perry on an installation of a subpanel in a brand new detached garage. Through no fault of their own there was an issue with the inspector and Perry was in my opinion outstanding in how he supported this project, He came back and re-ran electrical and adjusted the panel they installed in order to avoid significant additional costs to me. I really appreciate his dedication, his creativity in problem solving and his customer service. I highly recommend Trademark Electric and have no doubt I will use their services again in the future. I wanted to replace the florescent lights in the basement with pot lights as I saw it at a friend's place. Asked who they used and was referred to this company. They were totally professional and redid the lighting in the basement. Also pointed out that the contractor that installed the lights before did a poor job in the wiring which could of led to an electrical fire. They fixed the wiring. Great work and would use them again.

We live in an older home and during the summer of 2011 had the kitchen renovated. Trademark Electric comprised the third estimate and, whom to hire, was effortless. Perry presented as a knowledgeable, well informed professional. Both he and his brother Steve assessed our needs and recommended solutions. Their main focus was to provide the best possible service, on time, and at a reasonable cost. While Perry was instrumental in coordinating schedule and overseeing the project, Steve and his team, Arthur and Adam, carried out most of the work. Their demeanor, happy disposition and care of the surroundings made the experience painless. The personal investment to the task speaks to their level of commitment. I needed to replace my fuse box panel with a breaker panel box in my condo. After calling several electricians, I decided to go with Perry from Trademark Electric. He and his crew were friendly, professional and efficient. Perry explained what work would be done and how best to convert an old fuse panel to a breaker panel for my unit. I was very pleased with the work they did.

We had used Trademark in the past for smaller electrical work and were always impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. We called upon them again in January 2011 for a total knob and tube replacement and we were as always impressed with Perry and Steve. Perry explained the process in detail so there were no surprises. Steve and his crew worked deligently every day and the work was completed on time and budget. They covered our hardword floors and cleaned up after every work day. An added bonus was they subcontracted the plaster work as apart of the work who also did an amazing job. Highly recommend Trademark.

I contacted Trademark because they mentioned troubleshooting on their website. We were experiencing power fluctuations that was turning appliances and lighting off. Trademark came in (only company to return me call - see any company rated a 10 in this catagory) and determined the issue was with power coming into the house. I was dreading dealing with Toronto Hydro but Tradmark took care of everything and called to update me when Toronto Hydro didn't show up etc. All connections to the house were updated but didn't solve the problem so we opted to replace the stack etc into the house. Trademark completed all the work on time and budget and I will being using them for any future work.

I am a general contractor and called trademark as well as 3 other companies from homestars regarding a project I needed completed for a client. Not only did Perry answer the phone right away, he took my repeated phone calls graciously and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was able to give me a very accurate quote over the phone, which he honoured once the work was done, and he worked within my timeline arriving on very short notice. In regards to the work itself, he made sure when he was fishing wires through the walls that he worked through the kitchen ceiling to minimize the repair work to the walls. He could have gone through the living room ceiling but the finish was stucco and not smooth, and this would have cost me more to fix and caused my client to have an uneven finish in their ceiling that we would not have been able to perfectly match. I won't use another electrician from now on, Trademark are my guys. On top of everything else the work was very high quality, I recommend them to anyone.
