We have gutted our 30 year old condo. The crown molding was one of the first things we did. Every contractor that has been through the unit to do various work has commented on the excellent work done by Trimwork by Design. They have inspected the workmanship and have found no fault in it. Even the paintor loves that they were so efficient that it has made his job that much easier (and cheaper for us since there was very, very little prep work to be done). We recently bought a townhome that had been neglected over the years and needed some immediate sparkle. We checked out a number of businesses specializing in installation of crown moulding and baseboards. Many places could not show us the actual product we wanted (picking from catalogues is not comforting) or the samples in their showrooms were not finished very well. If the showroom piece isn't well installed, we can't imagine how it would look on our walls! We were very impressed by Trimwork's showroom and Gary's attention to detail and passion for his work. He made a number of suggestions that we hadn't even thought of but glad that we went ahead with. The best part of our experience was the installer, Darren. He was polite, professional and very meticulous. He is the type of person that doesn't stop until the job is done completely right (no short cuts here). We were doing our own renovations while Darren was on site.. we enjoyed his company. Easy going personality and great craftmanship. We found the whole experience very positive and would not hesitate to recommend or use Trimworks again in the future. These guys are professionals and take lots of pride in what they do. Our house is now a source of pride and a pleasure to live in.

This place is architectural heaven!!! It is simply amazing! Just to browse is a trip all in itself! What a selection - everything you always wanted under one roof - mouldings, chair rails, crowns, etc. Go and enjoy!! Charlotte

They re-did the crown moulding around the front door. They were the only people that could put in plate rails. The sales staff were delightful. Our neighbors haven't stopped thanking us for making our home look better. The experience is one that makes me feel comfortable in recommending this company to anyone who would be looking for crown moulding interior or exterior.

All I can say about Trimwork by Design is "Amazing". With the help of Trimwork's professional staff we were able to select and have installed an array of different mouldings, wainscoting, chair rails and ceiling medallions that gave an overall grand transformation to our home. The house looks absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended

After getting three quotes on crown moulding and ceiling work, I chose Trimwork By Design for a few reasons. They had a completed showroom that showcased various trim options, and they were the only company I found that had experience in completing decorative ceiling work. Trimwork staff were willing to work with me in the design process so that I could achieve a unique, more custom look when all was done, which was something that I did not find elsewhere. When it comes to home service these days, I have been frustrated on many occasions by workers who do not show up on time and do not bother to call. Trimwork staff follows up with phone calls and workers take the time to ensure that the end product meets with your expectations. I also preferred the fact that the work is done by Trimwork staff as opposed to being contracted out. Overall, if you wish to pursue something out of the ordinary in your trim finishes, and want it done to your satisfaction, I recommend this company.

We visited Trimwork's showroom and were amazed by the numerous products and the selection they carried. We spoke with Gillian in Sales about our interest in having our complete home done with crown moulding. She came to our home with samples and provided excellent advice, took measurements and prepared a quote, which was competitively priced. We hired Trimwork in August 2006 to install crown moulding throughout our home. We had a difficult area with a half wall that separated our kitchen eating area from our family room and were unsure of how to handle the crown moulding as we wanted to paint the rooms with different colours. Gillian came up with a fantastic idea. A vertical pilaster was used to define the dinette from the family room with a decorative detail incorporated into the ceiling moulding. All work was fantastically done in 3 days. In mid-October 2006 we noticed the crown moulding was separating from the ceiling in a few areas. We called Gary to explain the problem. He came out to the house and then sent Paul to rework the affected areas. The rework was done with efficiency and cleanliness. The neighbours have all complimented on the appearance of our home and the workmanship of the crown moulding and have asked us for the contact details for Trimworks as they would like to have their homes done. They had one of their designers come over to my home and pick out the proper crown moulding suitable for each room. Gary was very good in accomidating timelines. Installers were very neat and careful not to damage anything. My expierince was very good with Trim Work by Design.

Trimork by Design was very professional and assisted us in coming up with a great wainscotting and fireplace design. Their employees were very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. We have already referred friends who were just as pleased.
